  1. An end to the benifit system as we know it might do the trick. I’m all up for helping those who genuinely can’t work- they should be supported BUT the vast majority of benifit claimers need to be given a “job” to still get their benifits. If I was in charge they would be out sweeping the streets and digging the ditches out! Once the job was completed to the required standard they would receive a fair wage. If they didn’t like it they could go and get a better job more to their liking! As to the community service lot they would be doing similar. I reckon as a result most of the unemployed would find a “better job” fairly quickly and start to put a bit back in the pot but if they didn’t the country would be clean and tidy! Win win 👍
  2. Another vote for noco. Been faultless in 2 years
  3. Triple no and an extra no for good measure. The msa160/161 don’t oil for long before giving up and the bars are made by Cadbury
  4. I reckon all terrain tyres were designed purely for mounting the pavement out side little Johnnys school! They’re just as crap as mud tyres on wet tarmac and almost as crap as school run tyres off road! I like the Goodyear wrangler duratrac tyres, they seem like the least compromise between all the bad points but for full on muds just get a set of Dakar turbo/insa turbos there cheap as chips and do well off road but are shit if you don’t anticipate stopping in the next 5 miles on a wet road!
  5. Great if you like punctures in the sidewalls. I would avoid.
  6. I’m with you, a real copy is far easier
  7. I reckon that’s going to fire over the chip box and fill the cab up
  8. Well that’s just pissed on @Trailoftears fire!
  9. Good trip eggs?
  10. For future reference the wood will chip but a bonfire is the best bet for all leaf. It’s a tree that the customer needs convincing they want a habitat pile!
  11. The leaves burn better than they chip but the wood is fire proof

    Boing

I don’t think it was being rigged, he is pulled into the stem as the rope goes tight. My guess is he still had his anchor in high up and forgot to remove it before the back cut!
  14. Better than climbing the horrible things, when wet they’re like climbing a sheet of glass covered in snot! You got a spelling mistake there my ride is just bent not Bentley 🙄
  15. Is @Rupe still about?
  16. I’m not worried either way, it’s looks fine from my house!

    Jokes???

When you zoom in for a closer look mrs trousers is still in the car grinning 🤣
  18. I did see one with a fine mesh in the roof that had a Ali trap door over it to open while chipping so the wind could escape. can’t comment on how well it worked as only looked at it out of work but the principal made sense to me.
  19. You won’t regret that, go see the world and realise how bad things have become here then find something better to park and call home. If I had time round again I would be gone in a heartbeat
  20. Yes sand will give you a heat battery realising heat for a few hours after the fire is out. Kiln died sand is the easiest to pour in. Don’t not under any circumstances block off all the holes, the highest one needs to breathe or you can potentially make a bomb!
  21. My 160t spends most of its life as a door stop. The oiler is crap and the bars are made by Cadbury.
  22. No figures but you can winch a stuck lwb shogun and 8” chipper (both on their belly across a field from a ft round connifer. That was with a 5.5t pull winch that tripped the thermal overload out till we ran a double line back to the truck so in theory a potential 11ton pull! Anchor strop was a couple of ft up the stem which didn’t move.
