  1. Included union?
  2. Looks like a pac man thing!
  3. Had a quick read, all fairly shocking green washing and a complete waste of public money
  4. The grcs is worth every penny. Mine paid for its self on first couple of jobs, one of which would have ideally needed a crane with out it! Combined with a loader you can get some seriously big lumps out
  5. With you now, milk should be kept in a separate bottle! If you can’t tell tea is a ritual this way 👍

    Jokes???

  7. Yoghurt? In a flask? - (walks off tutting loudly) Flask is for tea and tea alone you heathen. on a serious note I think the Stanley flasks are as good as you get at a sensible price.
  8. This all day long
  9. There was a video of some lads swimming down the height street near here! Luckily we’re off the coast far enough but I feel for the people who got it in, you can’t beat water.
  10. Is that part steel or Ali? It could be possible to build the lug up with weld and grind it back if you have the kit to do so, I doubt it would be viable to pay someone to do it tho. or adw did have a poss solution for you but it’s not something I’m familiar with.
  11. I’m afraid the binders won’t keep till the autumn for the next hedge laying season however hard you try.
  12. Could be worse, at least you didn’t put oil in the fuel tank! That’s normally my blonde moment
  13. Unfortunately the answer is to buy a saw that has parts back up, in the short term this may help:

That looks like it smarted a bit
  20. Simple answer is you can only claim back what has been added on. Look at your fuel receipt. It will show basic price vat added total price. You can claim back the vat added bit
  21. £100 plus 20% is £120 £120 - 20% is £96 but you can only claim the £20vat back not £24. clear as mud isn’t it?!
  22. It’s all ready a problem. Can’t remember what it is but there is a time limit you can work se for 1 person/contractor/company. You need to mix it up a bit and invoice someone else every few weeks. Evan if you work for your mate for a few days and he works for you a day next week
  23. £200 a day for a decent climber with a min of 2-3 urs experience round here. You are 1 step ahead in my opinion - 99% of you ex forces guys know how to work and have a level of drive to you. Good luck. add your area, some one local to you may see and give you a chance.
  24. 5 days every week for the same 1 contractor? Be careful you meet the self employed regulations
  25. The wettest winter in living memory won’t help
