  1. It really depends on the individual and what they bring to the table. I don't see any reason why a grounds person can't earn as much as £180 for the day depending on the role they were filling. they could be a team leader in charge of instructing the jobs and the general safety of the team, customer care, years of experience etc... however from what I've seen, most people struggle to get more than £150 for ground work unless its their own and id say on average probably looking at 100-120.
  2. What's everyones thoughts on the great debate of being self-employed vs employed? which is better financially in the long run?
  3. I work for a small tree surgery firm our groundsman gets paid £110 with CS30/31 and first aid. He can easily earn more but he needs to develop more skills.
