  6. I agree but If there no SFP then it may not be worth farming most of "marginal land" Wales of Scotland anymore or would the market self correct and drive up food prices? Then George moiboit can rewild then lot ? Remember UK argri is competing against subsidized global imports. Just had George eustice come out and admit the aussie deal he did was shite for the UK. Not sure what the answer is.

  11. Is this abit like ebay dropshipping? Suppliers>wharehouse>online shop front (now outsourcing the warehouse part & delivery part)? Less vertical integration?
  12. I still don't fully understand why that has to be the case apart from a lack of expertise in fixing them or by manufacturers, (possibly by poor design) making the spares & maintenace uneconimical compared with parts for petrol ones. Think part of the problem is a faster obsolescence as each new gen comes out. I like makita as the 18v platform has being arounds for ages and a big % of total the cost is in the batteries. Have read that electric cars will need less ongoing service work than ICE ones as less to go wrong so garages will lose out. So they are kind of claiming the opposite for electric cars - cheaper and more easy to fix, but maybe that will be less true in reality.... Im not sure if they are also designed to not last as long ICE ones and be scrapped/replaced faster? Being green would be keeping & retro fitting upgrading older cars for as long as possible. (Bit like Cuba)
  13. How about (cut to size) the rubber matting they use of horse box ramps etc
