  2. sounds like you got too much time on your hands mate. im pretty rough at times but there sure is guys out there rougher. these guys just make me look good:) put the camera down and step away from the vehicle lol.

  7. My very first job when i first left school was working one of these. popping holes in security shutters. HATED IT WITH A PASSION! 8hrs a day 5 days a week. Brilliant bit of kit.......soul destroying to work on all day!
  8. A mate of mine works at VOSA. apparently all leave after the 8th of september has been cancelled for a month. there gonna be all over it!

  10. Its called waking them up. slight tap with a punch or nail into the centre has the same effect.
  11. Mine went up £500 mate. 10+yrs no claims and clean licence on 57 plate transit tipper. had it out on the phone with the insurance company. They told me non fault accidents DO considerably up your policy. even more so if any compo injury claims are slapped on. they work some kind of percentage on payout. diabolical if you ask me. also have to declare it for five years so they can swindle more out of your pocket! edit* pretty hard to avoid being rear ended at traffic lights unless i drive into live traffic through red
  12. Tidy truck mate. have you had your insurance renewal through yet? Not fault accidents up your policy price. How fkn wrong is that?
  13. Man,I cannot even try contemplate what your going through. All i can offer is my sincere condolences. thoughts and prayers from my family to yours mate. kinda makes all my worries of the week/month/year disappear into insignificance.

  18. 3UP for invoice2go just not the free version because it sucks balls. Add the cloud back up and your rocking. Helps keep track of things for me. Infact im pretty crap at paper work so i just get the missus to write everything up for me at the end of the month.
  19. On a job today and was asked my humble opinion on a cracked and slightly raised concrete drive. theres a sycamore on the road outside roughly 80cm dia and around four metres from crack. i was under the impression sycamore roots are not that vast(dont shoot me if im wrong lol)a local tree man up the road has informed the householder that the sycamore hasn't caused this problem. i will post some pics tomorrow. thanks in advance Sean.
