  1. Is this your neighbour ?
  2. My friend bought a MS181 about the same time as I bought my 135, his 181 went back because it wouldn't oil (new pump fitted) then it wouldn't tick over and now it's a pig to start. My 135 had a problem with the oil pump drive not disconnecting on tickover but once that was cured it's had no more problems. I wouldn't call either of them mediocre they are capable saws they both do the job well for the price. If I get another saw I would probably go for the Echo CS-310ES, cheaper than both the aforementioned but gets good reviews.
  3. They never look good till about three years after they have been done, just get in there and cut some off.
  4. I use a tens machine on my shoulder and it helps, I never tried it on tennis elbow but I will next time it flares up. Being retired means I just take it easy till it goes away, usually within a couple of days. A bandage above the joint and cold compress on the elbow both help.

  7. There's a follow on to that "hard work never killed anyone, but it's a risk I'd rather not take" There's also another saying round here that hard work kills horses, who do you believe ?
  8. Did she have a muff mod ?
  9. I thought he'd just stepped back to survey the job, I didn't see any steam That's just going to make the ground even boggier

    Raker file

Chainsawbars on here has Save Edge round files so they might carry flat ones as well. Rob.D is the man to ask.
  11. Put some instant gasket round it then put it back together and clamp it up.
  12. Apparently you can eat any kind of fungus, unfortunately some you can only eat once.
  13. There is an upgrade kit part number 1145-007-1802 if your saw is an early model. It includes flywheel with altered timing, ignition module and carb for about £100.
  14. As seen on ice cream vans the country wide
  15. There are in mine, I've had it specially made. If I can't take it with me I'm not going
  16. The shoes have wedge shaped soles so his ankles are not at a steep angle and the big toe is separate, he's probably part monkey. Impressive performance though, the saw doesn't look big enough to go half way through the trunk higher up.
