    One Drive

On the bottom right on your taskbar there is a ^ that shows your hidden icons, click on it and one drive shows there as a cloud and you can right click and exit if that is what you mean.
  2. You should save your receipts.
  3. Portable like a radio ?
  4. What are you reading on, get a decent screen and you'll see they are his new orange chainsaw wellies with his trousers tucked in.

    Moles

A friend of mine was trapping moles for local farms using these trap line traps and they are effective but if you are trapping near footpaths they do tend to walk he found. Also found that ferrets are very partial to mole meat.
  6. Happy new year to all survivors. All the best for 2017.
  7. Is that why they make cricket bats out of it ? I never managed to break one
  8. It's Eddie Izzard's hat, good reply though
  9. I buy a Sun every Saturday for the television magazine and crosswords plus we need something to light the fire with.
  10. A couple of blokes I worked with got in with a local pub landlord whose pub backed onto the Derwent and they asked if they could clear some of the bank for fishing. He agreed and they set to and were doing alright till one of the trees fell in the river and they couldn't get it up onto the bank so they cut the rope and let it go. A bit later they got a visit from Severn Trent who told them to cease and desist as the tree had caused problems with the canoe club further downstream.
  11. I like the way he hung on to the very end
  12. I've seen plasma cutters on ebay as cheap as £140 delivered but they seem to be creeping up to the £200 mark now.
  13. I'll buy (take the) 435 (off your hands) if it's doing nothing now. How much you want for it ?

    Felling wedges

At the woodyard when I was a teenager we always made them and used them as splitting wedges as well once the crack was started with a metal wedge.
  15. I've had that on a few different sites including Arbtalk. I don't click on anything on the page just go straight to the reset button and restart the computer. A friend of mine clicked on it and got ransomware (they put a password on everything he had saved) on his machine and they wanted something like £500 in bitcoin to release his files. He had all his stuff that mattered on his laptop as well so I just formatted it for him. P.S. it's not your antivirus it's a redirect to a website that fakes your antivirus to get you to panic and can redirect if you click anywhere on the page.
  16. Burial would be a nice touch. I can't get over the nose sprocket seized twice and still you kept torturing the poor thing
  17. I can't help thinking it would have been quicker with a drill Toys are fun though.
  18. Thread about it here I don't do any milling but read about it a bit and you can clamp further out to the end of a solid bar so that may be an advantage.
  19. Doesn't make it good practise though.
  20. I was using a borrowed Partner saw that was given to a friend of mine. It only gets used a couple of times a year but it starts with a bit of coaxing and runs till the job's done then gets put back in the shed. It weighs a lot and drinks fuel but for what it gets used it's not worth replacing.
  21. 30% off bars at Northern Arb today in an email.
  22. On Hampstead Heath at the time wasn't he ? It's not going to get any better is it Mick ?
  23. Saws aren't supposed to be used at lower revs, flat out is the way to go especially when "tickling a hinge" type maneuvers are being done. Any chain will grab if it's not up to speed.
  24. Merry Christmas to everyone.
  25. Is Samuel H Jackson related to Samuel L Jackson?
