  1. Do you know any welders ? Gas or mig and grind it back flat.
  2. Spares are getting scarce and expensive and the payload is not very good. The firm my wife drives for used to run the vans but they are not being imported any more because of the safety issues, no ABS etc. They do roll easily as they are top heavy when loaded and the little wheels don't handle soft ground or snow that well.
  3. You can see the difference better from the other side of the chain. The full chisel has a square top edge not rounded like the semi.
  4. I though it looks like Ash, get a close up picture of the bark as it doesn't look to shine like Hazel, you get papery peel effect on it as well. I make a few walking sticks and Hazel is the favourite but Ash is popular as well.
  5. Have a look at a parts diagram it should give you a clue how they come apart.
  6. I wonder if any people just paid up without querying ?
  7. What's a Greenwich ?
  8. Left the keys in the motor ?
  9. Sounds like something for sex addicts Sorry, it's the medication's fault.
  10. First one we had at the box factory I worked in was just a handle/spindle that went through a reel and you just tied it to the pallet corner and walked round the stack. Later a machine was purchased for the job but it used a lot more wrap than the original
  11. Will birds listen to this advice though ? Stick a Harris Hawk in the garden on a perch for a few days.
  12. That's a pimps saw that is. Nice looking though.
  13. Just set fire to it then they should know what to do.
  14. I got that with my 036 and a new choke lever made no difference, thinking it might be a worn out trigger. If the saw is running and I push the choke lever down it speeds up but it will not lock there.
  15. Check the pipes to the turbo or the turbo itself.
  16. No, camping is something that is definitely better done while it's still dry.
  17. Why would someone who mainly does hedge work buy a 6" chipper when a shredder for £800 would more than do the job ?
  18. No I was being flippant, sarcasm is something completely different. I'll let you know when I'm being sarcastic.
  19. Don't dip your scrotum in it then:lol: Why do they make chain oil when there are all these cheaper alternatives ? I use the Husqvarna one at the moment, it's quite thin.
  20. Alder roots show up like that when they are exposed on the bank of the brook near us.
  21. Leave it and it will mod itself like Ollie's did
  22. Australian camera ?
  23. It's a weekend warrior wood fairy, looks like my Berlingo
  24. I've been burning some Poplar just lately and I've found the ash dust has increased and floats all over the place like burnt paper. It's not a problem I just dust more often at the moment. I made a box to carry the ash pan through the house so it is confined more to the area of the fireplace.
  25. Who told you this ? I used my old Dynamac on cheap oil and unleaded for many years and it's run quite nicely on Aspen even though the manufacturer recommended 25:1 mix originally. I used to run it 40:1 anyway because it smoked like an ex miner on 25:1. The carbon doesn't fly off in big lumps it's only a thin coating and it goes out the exhaust as it burns up.
