  1. Yes it is, unfortunately this one has the most play in it out of any hire digger we have had, it's still done tons of work this week.
  2. It's a hire digger so we won't be buying any attachments, but a ripper tooth will be on the list when I buy a digger. I haven't cut the stump off as it is full of steel bars. I have graded a ramp out the other side of the hole and plan to tow it up that with tha tractor, when I start to pull itt it will end up on its side and I will be able to scrape loads of mud off the bottom.
  3. Definitely not, I was just going past with that bucket on and wanted to take a picture.
  4. Amazing what you can do with a 1.5ton machine when you need to, it's dug it out but won't move the dead weight of it!
  5. Don't worry about the class 7 mot garage, mine is a class 7 you will be able to fiind a garage you like that does them no problem.
  6. 461(18 and 25inch bars) and 076(36 inch) hanging up in the shed, great pair of beasts.
  7. In a way yes, you can do loads with the app, including delete stuff you don't want and you can upload stuff to the iPod wirelessly but it takes ages. I wouldn't bother havering one with out a computer to go with it.
  8. Thanks for posting but I found one a few hours after I put this up and have not had chance to go online since, cheers, William.
  9. Does anyone have a quad for sale, ideally less than £2500, I ideally in the south east and ideally yamaha or Honda . Thanks, William.
  10. My mate always used to tie his on as a back up to the sticky pads, then he tried to pull one off the pads off, now he doesn't bother! Mine has traveled miles on and off road on the roof of my tractor withou bouncing off.
  11. I have the hero h3 black (I think!), to me it's worth the extra as you can control and watch it with an iPod/phone etc, which stops you getting a load of films of the sky/ground, and you can watch it back and delete the rubbish without using you computer.
  12. A bit more work has been going on with my land rover reacently, it passed its mot with no trouble,I have changed the seats for standard ones, with ex moor trim real tree seat covers, the which now has a plasma rope and is powered by an Anderson plug now, giving me the option of useing jump leads out the front end, the rear prop has been replaced, the cab has been sound proofed, a raptor engineering glove box is in the dash, a van vault is on the back, britax LEDs on the bumper and bulldog wheels pacers have made a massive improvement to the turning circle .
  13. If you have a look on eBay someone is currently selling these britax lights for 16 quid each including postage. Me and a mate both ordered a pair on Thursday night, we got them Saturday morning.
  14. One off my customers has had 3 or 4 of these troopers, the last one had over 180k trouble free on the clock. Based on this I bought a swb van for £700 early this year, it was only supposed to be for a tempory run around but I endeed up doing 12 k in 6 months . It drove like new but looked a complete heap! I recon 3.0 troopers are the best value 4x4 you can get, if I need to I will buy another without hesitating.
  15. Does anybody know if the rear propshaft from a td5 130 will fit on a 1990 rear drum braked 130? Thanks
  16. Made some progress over the summer with a couple of trailer loads of split standing dead oak and beech and a couple of tonnes of elm and Hawthorne There would be a bit more on the pile but I have already sold £1000 worth to one house, less than 200yards from the barn!
  17. Had to make a quick stop on the way to splitting a load of logs the other day, only took up 3 or 4 spaces:001_cool:
  18. Going back to the original truck, it currently looks like this:
  19. I used a1.5 ton yanmar on this big field hedgerow tidy up, i spent about 2 days felling, bundleing and burning tons and tons of brash from the hedge, then pulled these 2 big lumps up and loaded them onto the truck. I probably pulled the logs about a hundred yards up a muddy hill and then pulled a stuck 16 ft trailer up the same slope, its amazing what you can do with a small machine.
  20. Nice one, i will pm you this evening to sort out some details, thanks again, William.
  21. Thats brilliant John, are you around on saturday at all? Thanks, W illiam.
  22. Where abouts are you John, and how much wouldy you want for it? Cheers.
  23. Its a 3 cylinder. i will be working for the engineer i do a lot of work for on monday, i will ask him as he has probably done it before at some point inthe last 50 years and will probably almost insist on repairing it for me!
  24. My old mf 35 has cracked its engine block, it started to overheat yesterday and when i looked it over it was leeking from a 2 inch crack in the block. What are my options for repairing it, can it be welded, is it worth trying a pour in sealent (k seal type stuff) or do i need a new block? Thanks, william..
