  1. Fantastic. Very impressed. A dream project
  2. Lol that wasn't one of mine. But very nice isn't it. Large pieces go for good money at seasoned lumber auctions locally. Sold a dozen rounds 2 foot long by 6 inches for £65 for 6 of yew unseasoned. One piece of laburnum that size went for the same money.
  3. No i am worcestershire. Sorry. If you leave the main bit to dry and plane a bit off in a few months you'll see the colours inside. Really nice
  4. All about budget. Remember a 90 doesn't have that much room in the back and 2/3 seats
  5. Pity. Though people might make handles from it
  6. As for the deceased tree its worth posting in the craft section.its an excellent and beautiful and a tad rare wood to turn
  7. Hmm thinking of woodturning it. I have a standalone respirator set up. May be better to season and sell at auction
  8. Looked into that. They only take large quantities. Like if you had a yew hedge. Is there special care needed handling it?
  9. Thats handy to know. I have 6 that are going to need looking at soon. What use for the branches?

Hehe. I have an "alpine cog" so when it gets really slow am ok. Mates hybrid was hard work. I cruised quite a bit where he was pedalling. Did it as a test really to see how i would get on with forthcoming 53 mile to forest of dean and back again next day.

Yeah you will. Its best to move a bit when you ache as it shortens healing time.

  17. Theres actually very little holding them in.
  18. It might be in its contract but it doesn't make it legal. They will often try their luck. Send a letter stating clearly that you want your money back minus the 4 weeks. That you intend to take it to fsa and have instructed your solicitor to ready a casefile citing mis-selling of the policy to you and breach of contract. Go in hard, watch them back down
  19. But i openned the lock on my landy with a flathead screwdriver and a hammer
  20. From experience of making things from warped wood there is only so much you can do to prevent it in cutting. Not something i am experienced in but when you stack the planks try putting the bent ones on the bottom. Force them back while they are in a state to do it.

I think the quality of the derrier depends very much on your pace. Slower you are the larger the view in front i should imagine.
  22. Erm ran 3 miles today and cycled 9 km. all gym based.
  23. My old dad uses one of these. Its easy, safe. It goes through knotty wood. Even through massive rounds. http://bit.ly/11jV2lC
