  1. Thanks, just looked a little different and fancied finding out what it was. Sent using Arbtalk Mobile App
  2. Spotted it while mowing today, nice looking tree and not seen one before Sent using Arbtalk Mobile App
  3. So my job today and for the next 3 Fridays is covering for a mate mowing grass, part of what I have to mow is about an acre of orchard which is lovely apart from what I can only describe and an army of very angry and very drunk cider swigging wasps!! I lost count of the amount of times I had to swiftly dismount and run around with my flailing my arms, it must have looked hilarious to anyone watching haha, I'm thinking my mate may have cleverly picked when to go on holiday!! 4. I couldn't tell you the exact length of mine but I use approx a metre of chord, tie a fishermans each end and tie a 3 wrap, 2 cross vt and it works great, I like it nice and short though, less sit back Sent using Arbtalk Mobile App
  5. The name of the pulley is the pinto pulley and its made by dmm, simple haha Sent using Arbtalk Mobile App
  6. Well not really. It was only the stupidity of the user that made the first zz fail, he didnt check his crabs. He was doing drop tests using himself as a weight (which is a silly idea anyway) and not checking his crabs and one was cross loaded. The only thing wrong with the first zz was idiocy and stupidity of the user in my opinion. Sent using Arbtalk Mobile App
  7. I know it's neither here nor there but look as though the angle the zigzag bit can rotate around the pulley has been increased too? Sent using Arbtalk Mobile App
  8. Really liking that second one, may just invest as and when it comes out Sent using Arbtalk Mobile App

  12. My little jimny will go places some landrovers wont... haha, it's a great little truck and with a set of decent tyres will go almost anywhere, I've had mine in some fair holes and on some nice angles Sent using Arbtalk Mobile App
  13. I may get shot down but I believe the makita dcs7901 wouldn't be a bad compromise on size and price? 80cc so should pull a 30" bar if I'm not mistaken? Sent using Arbtalk Mobile App
  14. I guess it's just my experience of it but I just couldn't get on with it, it was brilliant for ascending, real simple but couldn't seem to work the tree with it, just ended up finding it useful to get back into the tree after coming down for dinner etc then removing to work the tree. Hitch climber with vt/swaybish prussic is the way forward in my eyes, saves me so much time and effort and for my self it brought on more confidence Sent using Arbtalk Mobile App
  15. You can do as I did and just use a piece of boot lace/throw line tied like a prussic in place of the tiblock, works exactly the same way just a lot cheaper. I would suggest going straight for the hitch climber instead though, I thought the same as you and did what your thinking about doing but didnt use that setup for long as its a little fiddler than it seems an couldn't get the hang of it. Would never go back on the hitch climber with vt now, so much simpler and as long as there is enough rope weight it tends slack it's self Sent using Arbtalk Mobile App
  16. Biffy are really good, even better live, if you ever get the chance to see them live, take it...you won't regret it! Sent using Arbtalk Mobile App
  17. I believe most of the higher octane fuels are 99/100 Sent using Arbtalk Mobile App
  18. How can anyone be disappointed with free stuff? I know I wouldn't be haha Sent using Arbtalk Mobile App
  19. Check out Milner offroad and see what they have, failing that look locally and see if you can find someone that can just put an extra leaf on the original springs, a mate of mine had that done a while back and it's made the world of difference Sent using Arbtalk Mobile App
  20. I love the look of bob tailed hilux'es. Have always wanted to do one my self but sadly don't have the funds ...one day though haha Sent using Arbtalk Mobile App
  21. Anyone know how the uk echo's compare to the Americans versions as the American cs500/600p look like very tidy saws but there not available over here Sent using Arbtalk Mobile App
  22. This could be quite entertaining with a little surprise in your parcel haha. Be almost like Christmas Sent using Arbtalk Mobile App
  23. I play it maybe a little too much but I have a laugh at others raging so it's all good haha Sent using Arbtalk Mobile App
  24. As above seems like a simple and good idea. Like rover said, you never actually loose that 10% then but the customer gets something a little extra Sent using Arbtalk Mobile App
