  17. My dad had the bright idea of taking it to my brothers fab shop and having it welded till I snapped at him and swiftly told him the possible outcomes of having a dodgy blade, he soon retracted his suggestion! Parents have the best suggestions don't they haha Sent using Arbtalk Mobile App

  19. Yes...yes you are haha, sounds like it could be one of a short list of things so ill just put it down to wear and tear I think, still £170 out of pocket for a new set though Sent using Arbtalk Mobile App
  20. The blade bed was cleaned using a bit of sand paper and a brush when I turned them around not long ago although I did notice a bit of surface rust on the underside of the blade that could have lifted it? The machine is a jo beau m500 and I'm unsure as to how many grinds the blades have had as I bought it second hand Sent using Arbtalk Mobile App
  21. It isn't no and I didn't as I'm not sure what the correct torque setting is. Shall try and find that out though Sent using Arbtalk Mobile App
  22. Had a job clearing thorn, elder and connie yesterday and didnt really chip anything above 4-4.5" and when I checked the machine over after I was finished I found I had cracked a blade , can't see that any metal/stone has been through it as there is no chip in the blade...just wear and tare?
