  1. Just signed up to BT mobile, 500mins, 3Gb and unlimited texts for £10/month!! Happy days!
  2. Also forgot to ask, why alpine? Are you on steep ground? Only ask as you will get much more for your money going for a compact, and they suit a loader much better too. Craig
  3. I have the AGT 850, had it 3yrs. No problems either. Are you looking for reverse drive option? Think your budget may be a bit tight for a new one, and good used ones are like hens teeth! Craig
  4. Are you sure Rod?? Switzerland has one of the highest rates of gun related homocide in the developed world!
  5. Mull I think what he is trying to get across is that licensed legally held weapons are used in a minuscule amount of gun crimes. Clamping down on legal weapons will have little effect on the amount of gun crime in uk. But it's an easy political point scoring exercise!
  6. A set of sensors is about £250 I think, but all the prices are on the website. Not cheap but it works well. Craig
  7. I have installed a parabeam alarm system. Had it for 18 months and very happy with it. Anyone goes near the barn triggers a sounder in the house and strobe/sounder in barn. Lots of options for triggering lights etc. http://www.parabeam.co.uk[/url The only way to secure a building is by layering the security measures- deter, detect, delay, respond. Oh and everything is smothered in smartwater, with signs stating the fact. I'm also a great believer in the old adage.. Better to be judged by 12 than carried by 6!😉
  8. It will heat the UFH, which uses lower temp, but tbh it's just a buffer to give flexibility in the system and allow lots of different heat sources. I agree, to do the job properly 2-3000l would be required. I don't have the room for that size accumulator and the WBS only gives 9kw to the water so would struggle.
  9. We have a Dunsley Yorkshire wood burning stove that feeds a 300L heat bank. Also have 2 X immersion heaters and oil boiler. The heat bank comes ready tapped for solar thermal although we haven't got around to fitting it yet. The whole system is integrated and oil only kicks in when required. TBH I'm very happy with the system
  10. Where can you shoot out to 3 miles in UK? And with what Mark? .50 will travel that far, but accurately?? There are claims of military snipers engaging targets in excess of 4km, but at that range surely you are shooting well outside of the capabilities of man, weapon and ammunition? Personally I'm sceptical.
  11. I have the Husky ones, not cheap but work well, and I have run over them twice! 👍
  12. What about the new Echo 390, and you'd have plenty of beer tokens left over too!!
  13. Made me giggle!👍👍👍
  14. Land cruiser LC3/Prado! Great reliable 7 seater. Will give a disco a good run for the money off-road and spend significantly more of its life on-road (instead of in the workshop!😄). They also hold their price.
  15. Don't supposed you videoed the regrettable incident Mark?? Ha ha
  16. Thx chaps some good info there, will have a look at those! Appreciated! Craig
  17. Do you know what model that was pose Rod? I have been happy with stuff from Cluson in the past and good customer service too. Craig
  18. Cheers Wood, real life use what do you get on a charge? Craig
  19. I'm after a new LED head torch. Nothing too bulky but must be bright. Dimmable would be handy. Any recommendations appreciated. Craig
  20. Spot on Scotty! Chilledbud if I was you mate I would steer well clear of whoever is trying to sell that pile of crap to you for£400. There's putting a bit on....and taking the piss. As someone else has said, you're having your pants pulled down mate!!
  21. Bloody hell, the OP asked about whether laser boresighters were any good, and got a lesson in internal/external ballistics! Ha ha. Spin drift and coriolis effect, I doubt they will come into effect at normal zeroing distances???
  22. Matelot- Some good info and reviews here... http://www.reloaderaddict.com/best-laser-bore-sighter-review/
