  2. Have you a picture of the old original caps?
  3. Well done for asking Kevin, i was wondering that too.
  4. Agree with Peasewood, if you prune that correctly you will have a lovely apple tree.
  5. Love seeing a true craftsman at their work.
  6. How much for 18 tons delivered to Shaftesbury, North Dorset?
  7. It could suit a company perfectly, alot do not want someone full time.
  8. The problem with pallets is that they do rot quickly unless you can store indoors.
  9. Really? If an incident were to happen from said activities and you were not trained to use a saw from a bucket/mewp, it would not be a problem?
  10. Hi Dave, if you go onto the relevant website, i.e mitsi, toyota etc, they give you all the spec (to the mm) there.
  11. Agree with most of the above. you had no knowledge of the works that went on and therefore no contract with anyone and i suppose not abliged to pay any invoice (not sure). Anyhow, i would be happy to let things go, that is a very reasonable deal that you have been offered and you will not upset relations with your neighbours.
  12. Personally, i would not worry, replace the fuel and ctack on
  13. Its only an extra £30 or so, worth it. Did not have to turn them on last winter it was so mild.
  14. Local hire company to us charge about £70 a day incl insurance. Of course this goes down for multiple days. So i think £60 plus fuel may not be that far off.
  15. Thats a beautiful photo. So happy for you mate.
  16. Ive had to do that before now[emoji26]desperate situation
  17. Only have to reverse gently into a post or similar and knock it off line, then a miss may not be a miss. Looks really really tidy by the way. Great job.
  18. Its not just health and safety that needs to be considered but also the continuity of supply. As Tree77 said, photographs and line voltage would be helpful.
  19. I am sure you could get a good idea of other prices by email or telephone call to other company's.
  20. Apologies i now see the timing. But do still ask if it is suitable for someone who knows very little about fungi?
  21. How in depth is this? Is it suitable for a learner and when exactly is it??
  22. I agree about replacing and i think that would be the best option and did suggest, but you know how it goes.... There is a 6' fence there also[emoji848]
