Might go talk as there is nothing to hit me with in there. Just my life at the moment. Got to sort something out as its really doing my head in. Yeah she was giving me grief a short while ago. Thought we sorted that but obviously not. Thought about the make up but her thong just wouldn't fit. Lol. Trying to explain that it's really a bunch of hairy sweaty tree hungers didn't help either. Lol. Argh think it's going to be a long night.....

Went on the chat last night and no one was on so I left it running last night on the computer. The missis went into the history on the computer today to look for something she was looking at and saw the chat bit. Whe now thinks that I have been chatting to all sorts (mainly women) and is in a right hump over it. Blanking me etc, tried to explain and even showed her the page tonight. Looks like the dog is getting my dinner tonight......

Work is work and that's it. I would never have had work colleagues in my house for social gathering. If its a works do then it's at the yard or restaurant. You never truly know who you work with. And what they are really like.

Chillax. Have a Sunday BBQ and invite some friends you know will turn up. Not sure an arb BBQ would work, too far away. Unless royal mail can deliver my burger and booze..... For some stupid reason I fire up the BBQ and half the street turn up. Don't invite they just do. Must be my steak and ribs..

We're is all that lot from? I've made a list of gear but waiting for jonsies show to get it all, think I might get a deal there.

Oh and the quad fired into life today. Sound like a tank. Realised I hadn't bolted the exhaust up properly. The starter is knackerd so I spent nearly two hours kicking it over, my foot hurts. Took a long time to get going. But it runs like a dream, there is one problem and it throws black smoke out the back but doesn't smell like oil. It was doing it before it came to me for rebuild and is still doing it. I'm hoping it's the oil from rebuild will see if it clears up in a short time after running in.

Then you would have to fight the rest of the team to get a look in, unless your the climber, then you get nothing :lol:

Don't stand around looking dumb. Grab something and be busy. If there a climber on sight or your not climbing and the saw comes down ask if he wants a drink sent up. I always find that if time is slow I pick up a rake and clear what's on the ground, clearing up little and often saves time at the end of day, even if it's into a pile ready for bagging. Be early and ready to go, don't forget anything, and don't be a clock watcher. Biscuits at breaks and offer tea if you take any in a flask. B a team player.

Not sure about the caravan but I will take the truck. Should be good for hauling timber.

I've got them all exept for the water course spraying. Didn't see a need for it. Always good to have tickets under your belt, gives more diversity.

Ok got the Honda sorted. Changed the coil and plug, but it started to play up on fuel, so carb got a damn good clean out, but it carried on doing it, it was like it was running out of fuel in the bowl, would die then if left for a minute it would fire then die again. So I put a comp tester on it and it was at about 105 psi, not high but should run, decided to put the old plug back in, not on purpose, I picked it by accident and screwed it back in, didn't relise until I looked down and saw th need one on floor, thought oh well carry on and try it. Blow me if it didn't work, ran in hard for about half hour, then stopped it and started it again no problem. Used it all afternoon without a problem. So I'm not sure if the coil was at fault as it gave a good spark when it died. But changing coil gave me a fuel problem...... The roller drive was swapped around with another engine and drive from another mower as the deck was knackerd so thats now in the parts bin. Must have about 6 complete Honda engines in the parts bin by now. But it is all sorted and running perfectly. Thanks for the heads up on the coil.

I didn't even spot that! The blue book is fungicide, the pesticide book is green. Roundup is a fungicide or is it a herbicide? I forget the difference.
