  1. stove in shed lit for couple of hours, to dry out pissed on kit. just in after a number of Buds. Probably the same story tomorrow. Love me stove and bar in the shed..
  2. Job 1 ..pissed on Job 2 ..pissed on job 3 .. extra pissed on. put on stove..stripped of in shed.. listened to Joy Division, with a few Buds. Kit dried. tomorrow ditto, me thinks..
  3. my favourite was the Minister for silly walks and the parrot sketch. takes me back to the good old days, when comedy was comedy..
  4. Thanks for your comments. The beech is totally dead. There is a massive cavity between the two fungi.

  8. jasus lads...The insurance co.'s will be taken hair samples, from accident victims, from the industry next. an open forum is not the place for this. all they need is an excuse, not pay out. by the way a hair sample can tell, what and when you took, over the last 3 months. the only exception is LSD and that went out with the Indians.
  9. A lower inspector said my eye to eye spliced beeline could not be passes as my splices have not been tested. He said that if it failed, it would invalidate my insurance, if it was the reason for an accident. The splice was stitched and whipped. He said it looked perfectly safe, but would not be passed.
  10. if the splice is done correctly stitching is a back up. it can only be used for rigging. ppe must be ce spec
  11. as Tom says try different kit. its your aches and pains...

  18. 3 way are easy to use and safer. add the swivel type and you will never change. they are the biz
  19. Agree Hodge. I have learned a lot on here. Just started spiderjacking today. I would of never done it, without the help and info on here. Ta for all the help.
