  11. Nice in an open tree. It would be a nightmare on an ivy infested oak tree

  14. Dak, what's the best for hitch climbing 8 or 10mm? What eye splice do you use for your climbing line? Nice work
  15. Yes it's the Assessment Result Advice Slip. It's his receipt, to you. As said before can't complete sc 39 with our CS 38. The assessors registered number is on it.
  16. Agree a great little Machine..
  17. Agree"..... Shoot the mother down.. Love the smell of two stroke, before breakfast..... "Big tree down, The Movie" Looking forward to this,,
  18. Found out last year I had glaucoma. Wore glasses and hated them. Went for test and found out about glaucoma. Your eyes are the most important part of your body. Without them your are done for. No climbing, cutting, the great view from the top of a big tree. I would wear three eye protectors if they existed. Helmet face shield and glasses is a must. It should be compulsory when using a Silky or chain. It's a hassell, but the view will always be mine... "And if a ten ton oak, should kill the both of us, Well, the pleasure, the privilege, will always be mine.." Listening to "The Smiths" today, while "She who must be obeyed " looked on.. Heaven...
  19. Ta for that. I did a few double braid and this 16 strand. Going to get it tested for strength. Hope to get it done in next two weeks. Silky knocked a few strands of 4 meter from my eye splice. I cut it off below and did a practice splice. Might re splice after test and keep it for prosperity. I stitched and whipped near eye. Love doing the whipping. Knitting and sewing for men.. Ta for the tips. Take care.
  20. a blast from the past....
  21. Here it is. A piece of rope silky ran up against.. [/img]
  22. I would say your hands are sore. Did my first XTC last night. Hands still sore..
