    Crazy.. Day Three will be a cracker.. Hope Prior and new kid on block Bairstow, give England a chance. Morkel can't wait for the new ball.. Stein in great form as well. England up against it. Will only see highlights.

    Nice set up Ben. Agree about the stopper knot. got caught a few times with double fisherman's on the end.

    just finished an Occupational First Aid course a few weeks ago. We were told, apply pressure only, no Tournique's. Like the idea of the First Aid clot pad. not mentioned on the course.

    What set up do you use? Rope: diameter - length - type - reasons. Prussic type: rope- diameter - length - spliced/knots. pulleys, rings etc. Pics...
