  1. A lot of these modern tech gadgets are bloody irritating . Whats wrong with a switch . Up for up and down for down . Always used to work ! . Imagine having a pair of strides that asked if you really want to open your zipper when you ate bustin ' for a wazz ? Bonkers ...

    Sugihara Bars?

    Got the pro light on most of my saws . Light years ahead of other bars . Changes the balance slightly to the power head . Very well engineered . Used up a 24" chain on my 372 and went to dress and turn the bar and it did not need either . Turned it any way but no need really .

  5. Also if in the South West as you say will probably hold its leaves all winter . Quercus Canariensis I think ....
  6. Could it be an Algerian Oak . Quite often they hold their leaves through winter . They also can hybrid with other Oaks .....

  8. Thing is Mike he had several texts and calls and PMs over the month and nothing happened . I did not " name and shame " I just continued the thread that he started , asking if he was going to pay . When you guys chipped in with your comments he did . I have thanked him for paying and thanked him for the extra tenner he put in . I don't think I was over the top in asking to be paid ....

  13. Thats exactly why I just got on and sent it , coz he is a member on here . I thought he will pay me when he gets it . He even texted me to say he was pleased with it !
  14. I misunderstood the deal I think . Goes like this . Send me a saw and we will just forget the whole thing . You can send me your email so I can use paypal , you can send me your bank details so I can use internet banking ...but I won't bother as you are miles away .

  16. I asked for £30 .It came to £46 with postage . Thought that was more than fair . Seems like it should have been £0.00 .............

  19. <p>Hi Steve . How are you mate ? Been busy with the porting I see from the thread . After a bit of advice if that's ok mate . A member on here was asking if anyone had a 346 for sale non runner of otherwise . I offered him one that had a scored piston other than that it was all there including a bar . Also an after market pot and piston brand new . Asked for £30 if he collected or a bit more if I posted . He said post it . Came to £16.40p postage making a total of £ 46.40p . He acknowledge receipt of saw saying he would give me a round £50 ! and would pay with pay pal so I gave him my email address . Couple of weeks went by , nothing . I texted him and he said can you send me your bank details sooo I sent acc # and sort code .....nothing . Its been a month since he had the saw . I don't think he intends to pay me at all . I just assumed because he was a member on here he would be trustworthy . It seems not . Do you ever have that problem ? Regards Andy .</p>

  21. Lost my Mum to lung cancer several years ago . ( she never smoked ) Been donating to the hospice that helped her on her way . My wife Catherine has worn the pink T shirt and run the race ......
