    550xp or 365

Doesn't really matter for a strait comparison . Just showing the difference between stock and MM .
  2. Stubby

    Bigger saw

Husqvarna 390xp ( ported by spud ) up to 28" bar for me.
  3. My Techlite bare de-laminated from just behind the nose sprocket to just in front of the mount . When I took it back to my dealer he said he cant get them as they ( Husky ) were having a lot of problems with them . He gave me the older more robust type bar .
  4. They are cracking saws strait out of the box and even better after a few tankfulls . Then the decline starts . .........
  5. Yep . As you come up the hill out of Arundel heading east take the left just before the pub ...I think its called the Cross Bush ( used to be the Camellia ) 500yds down and on the right . As you drive in you may see a HUGE log stack and one of the biggest hydraulic splitters I have seen ....The area is called Crossbush .
  6. Only you and Steve Varty at the moment
  7. How long you been a woman then Steve ?
  8. Yes . Poor attempt at sarcastic mirth . Sorry...
  9. I would recommend them . No relation sadly !
  10. Checked all the trees close to me ( probably only 20 or so ) and all look healthy . One or two still retain their keys for some reason most others dont . One that had some work done may be a little stressed but their is new grwoth on the cut limbs . No sign of die back .
  11. Oh thought it was the one where Reg runs a 201 over .....
  12. Probably pigeon shyte on the cars below ....
  13. Stubby

    Horse Flies

If you put in a search there is shed loads on it .
  14. Im find walking backwards gives a better finish too . Thought it was only me !
  15. They both have problems . The early 201 was pants . There is an " enhancement kit " for it , new fly wheel and ignition unit I believe . Think all new saws have it anyway . T540 is a cracking saw for a while but fragile . Put in a search .....
  16. Id be strimming that first with my Husky 545RX . No guard running 2 lengths of 4mm square Diamond Edge line . With no guard you can spin 8 or 9 inch lengths giving you a 16" or so swipe . You need 45cc or more though . So maybe a bigger more grunty strimmer ?
  17. Hayter Osprey ? With the 8.5hp engine . I have one and it drags me all over the place !
  18. Trouble is the life time of a 261 crank is a couple of months .....
  19. Take a bullet for him !
  20. That means then , that you could never shoot a woodie ever as they nest all year round . Tell that to a farmer with a few acres of peas .....
  21. REMOVE that Pop ! Nicely done bud and my foot was tapping all the way through ....
  22. I would have better than a clue , I would be pretty certain they had a nest whatever the time of year ....I am 61 now and shot them from about 15 years old . Never Ever make dent in the pigeon population even with red hot barrels
  23. Stubby

    Dream houses

    Did his mower break ?
  24. They taste a little bitter when on the rape ./ I prefer shot over peas
  25. You do have an air leek for sure . Spud will be along soon . He does this on a daily basis .
