  1. I just bought a No5 copper and hide mallet to put the second sweep hand back on my Rolex .
  2. Take a non running saw ( with a functioning brake ) and with the brake off and the saw not running hold it by the back handle and drop the bar down and let the tip hit a log . The brake should activate . That is the inertia part of it . As said your wrist will contact the handle and activate it also should you get a kick back for real .
  3. Speak up man .........Where ever you are ....
  4. When I started out saws never had a chain brake and I'm still breathing . I'd be more concerned at the possible lack of AV ? Anyway you might do worse than take your CS30/31 or whatever its called now .
  5. I would have to kill you Anyway it would spoil the surprise !
  6. I know what's coming . ...........
  7. Started a thread and posted some random pics in a reply . Seems to work fine . Navigation wont be a problem . Just have to unlearn the old one and learn the new !
  8. Hope it has an " anti troll " net at the entrance Steve
  9. See thread by dan494 about it . " new Husqvarna chainsaws " But as yet I thunk the answer s no .
  10. Yes it is terrible news Richie and becoming all to familiar . Some how , I dont know how , but somehow it has to be stopped .
  11. Three terrorists shot dead within an 8 min response time . Unfortunately 6 dead and several injured , some critically .
  12. I understand . When I have processed mine I try and bribe my son ( 6 ft 3 and muscles in his spit ) to help me with the stacking . When he does its magic . When he is not around its torture !
  13. You have too much free time on your hands
  14. I got the same . Clicked for further details but just get the same picture only bigger . Just have to wait I suppose .
  15. That's pants mate . Sorry for you . Makes my old 05 plate D22 look good .
  16. 24" and 28" Oregon Power Match at the time . Run all Sugihara pro lightweight now .
  17. Good saw . More aggressively ported than the 390 as standard . Had mine stolen and went to get another and it had become the 390 . Had to send the 390 off to spud for a port job and its fine now . The usual things like some times the muffler bolts will come loose but no biggie . If you have a chance to pick up a good runner then yep . Go for it .
  18. Around £10,000 in a private hospital in the U.K. .
  19. Explaining the perils of " tree experts " made me smile .
  20. You also say ( second para ) that you " assume they are bought by tree surgeons and land scape gardeners because they are cheap " again an assumption . Just saying like I love imagination as well . Its heart of most good story's I have found .
  21. I think Stella is her middle name
