My 545RX does not have a manual one ( push/pull blue button ) but it may have an automatic one . If yours should have a blue button and hasn't then you wont damage it trying to run it as it won't fire as there will be no comp .

Soft wood wont damage the flue as long as it is seasoned . Lime does burn not much flame but again needs to be seasoned .

And if you are actually F.C. and do a clear fell you then have fine yourself for not applying for a license ! which is what happened around here a few years back -

I think black is rain water . Blue is mains fresh water and red is Foul sewage . CR the place, ? DC the district Council ? All just a guess.........
