  1. The half leaf only prottruds out toward the back of the truck not all the way like the full leaf does . It has a u bracket with a greasable roller . When the exsisting spring flattens and contacts the roller then the helper starts to work .
  2. They said 100% chance of rain and they were 100% right .
  3. Another option is a " helper spring " It is a half leaf that only comes into play when the load goes up . In normal ( empty ) conditions it does not do anything .

    3120 Value?

Oh gosh , maybe 5 years ago ? As has been said above when its what you need it does the job but its not a lot of fun to use . I prefer the 395 to be honest but I don't do any milling . Also would not recommend a hard nosed bar . You have to run the chain slacker than a sprocket nosed .

    3120 Value?

I got £700 for mine . Not quite as new looking as that one but like all big saws not used for milling it had done little work .
  6. Is the far one " pinched " Erik or just a convenient place to park it ?
  7. Where Willie at ? Dayam Willie in da wawder ! 😁
  8. Yes Mick there is mate .
  9. I look at memory as a bucket of water . Over the years memories get poured into the bucket . Eventually the bucket becomes full . You can reach down and retrieve the memories that are in the bottom but as the bucket is full all new memories just spill over the top as you pour them in . I get what you get and I am 68 ...I think .
  10. The pikeys used to trot race up the A27 until plod put a stop to it .
  11. I did not know it was a requirement by law but in the past I have had several saws from Canada ( I know 2 brothers out there , not heard from them in years now ) . I had a couple of 385xp from them and two older 394xp saws and they all came with a full wrap . For some reason I felt the 394 was a little bit more grunty than the 395 is . I know one had the Walbro carb and the other Tillotson .
  12. Poor dog . I hate it when they have to suffer 😁

  16. Think that was part of my paper round money that I dropped ...
  17. OK that is also fair comment . I suppose it depends on the background and life style of said oldie . My Dad died at 96 and I am 67 and I know whats what to do with whats its 😁
  18. What about the Rivion ? The front looks a bit " Buck Rogers " but very cleaver engineering . . A motor for each wheel equates to nearly 800HP I believe .
