  1. Interesting face on the L/H lump 👍
  2. Let him cut his side up to the center line .
  3. I had full skip chains full wrap handles , double dawgs , high top filters and high flow clutch covers back in the 90s . This was just because i knew a couple of Canadian brothers who were " west coast " loggers and they used to send me stuff . I used to get people saying " whats that all about " when they looked at the big saw . Some times I feel its just fashion when peeps put it all on a 560 . I don't care really . Just an observation .
  4. Oh yes . I have all of the above on one or two saws but it seems that its now compulsory . no harm in it I suppose .
  5. You know , double felling " dawgs " , high top filters and wide chip throwing clutch covers and full wrap handles are all great when it is appropriate but some times i think its a bit like , well , wearing your Husqvarna braces to the arb show .
  6. Once they come out with an electric tractor then then sports bike peeps will be able to say ....".it's a bit agricultural " 😁 seriously though I know how much torque electric motors produce . I have had / ridden petrol twins , in line fours and V fours ( my fav ) but it is going to happen . look at the zero TT .
  7. I see what appears to be a little . That's how they all start . Does not mean it will die though . There are trees near me in rows were there are 2 or 3 with very obvious die back and trees either side with no or very little signs .
  8. Those berries will will turn orange/red and make a right old mess when they drop .
  9. I have a pair of Pfanner Zermatts which are quite popular for spiking in . Bit stiff for ground work but not impossible for an all rounder boot .
  10. Oi oi then Treesen . Welcome bud .
  11. Never mind . I have been doing it for ever matey .
  12. Chicken of the woods behind it 🙂
  13. I keep the hole spool in a bucket of water and just cut off a few lengths as I need them . Whats wrong with your current ass hole Andrew ? 😁
  14. I am retired matey . Get someone local to you to check them over first . Not all trees suffer from it but most do to differing degrees .
  15. What do you want ? Think I have a little used Oregon sprocket nose .404 36" if you want to make me an offer .
  16. Unless you love paper work don't forget to factor in a good accountant .
  17. I am not surprised . Any thing around here that could possibly be the cause of an insurance claim has been felled . Road side and footpath trees mostly .
  18. Any Ash die back ( Chalara Fraxinea ) in the area .?
  19. Currently getting a grant of probate is like swimming through treacle . So far I have been waiting 7 months .
  20. Thing I already had a 385XP so because of the reasons above I found it pointless . The 372 was lighter and the same power .
