  2. I have a Borstal " old boys tie " . Does that count ?
  3. All my saws run well on Aspen or Husqvarnas equivalent . Not used Motomix but can't imagine a problem with it . The problems come when a saw has been used on pump fuel for several years . I'm not going to go through it all again save to say the Akylate fuel can show up denigration to the rubber components caused by the pump fuel .
  4. Yep . I was 17 when he died . Found it hard to come to terms with for a bit .
  5. I have heard Jim play this on another album ( vinyl ) but a more " full fat " version . Axis Bold As Love ?
  6. It might very much depend on how long it has been run on pump fuel before you swithed to alkylate fuel . It may be that the alkylate fuel is now showing up the degradation to the rubber components that the pump fuel has caused .
  7. You godda talk to people .
  8. Its a dilemma innit . I don't want to be selfish and have a dog that I can't do justice to . Its been a huge part of my life having a working spaniel but hey ho ...
  9. I do remember those pics from a while back Mick . He loved you no doubt , after all you were the one providing the food ! ....and the love and the companionship . I get all welled up , even when other peeps post about absent friends . You give them the best life you possibly can .

  21. Have you checked the impulse line . You need to stretch it to check for a split .
  22. It may or may not but if there are any targets and kids involved why take the risk ?
  23. A situation I recall ....Regular customer ( to the point of being a friend ) . Tree falls in a blow across the boundary damaging a brick and flint wall and demolishing a shed with a speed boat in it . Gardener ( who is also a friend of us and the client ) Says to the neighbor " I have been telling her for ages it was dodgy ! " So , nothing said to the gardener ( coz he is a nice bloke if somewhat misguided ) Client quietly pays for the lot , wall , shed , speed boat and us to clear tree and asks us not to mention anything to the gardener .
  24. Condition is terminal .
