  1. easy lads! each to there own! i was thinkin the 880 asi rather not over work the 660 plus i know if i had an 880 with a massive bar it would get me more work by itself...
  2. ive a couple of weeks work , not a bad earner, id have the saw out of it, i can mess around with cutting from both sides, just wondering is the 880 a really impressive saw with the bar buried??
  3. i have a ms600 with the 25 inch bar. i have work coming up where i need to cut over 4 feet across for firewood. should i go with a different bar or upgrade to ad the big saw to the heap? its usually beech i cut.

  5. as mentioned on some forum there not ce marked and once the cycle starts it cant be stopped, id love one but in the us you can buy a 20 ton tow behind hydraulic splitter for 999 dollars plus tax a 30 ton is 2000, the dr machine is 2500 or somethin so id say that it is a niche machine. i love my massive splitter but would love the cycle time of a supersplitter. though wouldnt let anyone else look at it never mind use it! my uncle is anaccident waiting to happen with a splitter so i make sureit wont be mine!

  10. i thought about it, i would rather buy the bremach than that as it still needs a body and isnt really useable for social use so id need a car anyways! im waiting on a lad to get back to me about another hilux at the moment, ifit falls trough ill think about somethin like that!

  12. class, looks like a claas xerion on steroids! id go with the unimog, probably half the price and more of a market afterwords!
  13. seen the truck, thought about it but cant afford it at the moment.... looks like a serious handy tool! i might be interested in the crane if it has hoses for a grab....
  14. look at the abuse they get on solid fuel runs! ask those lads how they are ! i dont think the dyna was marketed in england, at least not on a massive scale!

  17. do anything from sowing a hedge to cutting firewood to the bread and butter arb stuff, if your a grafter you will succeed
  18. eventually got back to me, fransgard 3000 apparently, hes fairly solid on price i may take a drive and see! im mainly at ash and spruce thinning at the moment, so i think that its the best size for the job..
