  1. It's also not a loan, it's a franchise. The equipment is leased not purchased.
  2. Fill an old rinced 5l oil bottle with it. Stab some holes in the lid and shake over the stump until its blue. Do not get it any where near your skin unless you intend to spend a week or so looking like a smurf!
  3. And again. Ticketed brush cutter operator req
  4. I'll have to do some digging, that price is amazing. I'm currently working on that beat.
  5. I'm assuming you're talking in the round not chipped? It works out at £20.83per tonne with a blue book conversion factor of 1.2t-cube. I'd then go for £21t as the buyer is being a bit of a pita....
  6. It's on both of my open fires right now, along with scots pine. It's been down for 12-18 months and not a scorch mark on the carpet. If it's not super seasoned it'll spit.
  7. I like the blue one. Are they all 4x4x
  8. 80 trees on a cs32, we were lucky to have done 5 a day. Though it was nice pressure free felling.
  9. Try the Fc, fa side of things. They had a project up here supporting it. Neville Ellestone at Cumbria woodlands might have a contact. He's pretty well informed on the subject.
  10. Other way round but now it's just Valtra as Valmet is now Komatsu forest..

    Socks!

I'm must be lucky, I never have cold feet unless they're wet. The best value work socks I've got are Jeep ones the mother in law got me for Christmas 2 years ago. They're only £7 for 3 pairs. I liked them so much I asked for more last year and again for this year. (the first lot are wearing out now) I've got some bridgedale ski boot and merino winter mountaineering socks. Both great but at £16 a pair I'm reluctant to wear them too much as I tend to wear through the heels after about 20 days use. (not continuous) I thing the best way to keep your feet warm is not to stand still. (nothing insinuated about cold feet and not working, for some it's inevitable)
  12. Have you used them? How did you get on?
  13. Where are you based in Yorkshire? Do you have fmoc tickets to deal with a standing purchase?

Is it twin hulled? Looks quick. Mind you I was happy in Teddington's d-class
  15. Where is the discount for as rrp and actual retail price vary quite a lot.

I'm a bit out of date but I'd go for chasing drug runners. Not sure on the type of boat but the pic makes it look like some sort of cat-rib.
  17. Na, was using tapatalk on the iPad.
  18. If got to agree with above, sectioning it will probably cause more damage than felling whole. If you really want to slow it down slide it down the side of your next tree. You'll also save on snedding. I've not seen a location but phone around a few ship wrights too. It could fetch a pretty penny if they're looking for mast/spar timbers. You'll need to be able to extract it in pole lengths though. Best of luck though, sounds like a job you'll be talking about for years!
  19. Within 5 minuets of meeting him he'd dropped that he'd taken a non payer to small claims court. Just saying like! Though I think this is more down to incompetence than malice that you've not been paid. I have an address......
