  1. Yeah seen that a while ago, good at illustrating the numbers, not sure that by allowing immigration to happen anyone's expecting it to solve world poverty though. Personally, I dont feel like this island is particularly mine just cos I was born here or my forefathers fought for it etc. I do however feel very grateful for the opportunities and huge benefits that I have had living in the UK. 2. Never used that full feature chain, prob worth just ringing rob at chainsawbars.Co.UK about it. 10er plus postage for the sprocket. Just found it I used it on an ms170 for maybe a tank at some point. It's a stihl 8t. I'm fairly sure this will fit a ms230, as a quick search looks like they share the same 3/8 sprockets. 3. i'm with you, i wouldnt bother, £12 for chinese, £40 for CT
  4. may have a 1/4 sprocket that'll fit ms230 knocking about. unused/barely used can have for cheap if you want
  5. i hear what your saying, i wouldnt climb on something i didnt really trust. but in fairness that "out side of the ankle one" is just the left leg i reckon who knows? technically these arent fall arrest or anything are they? but like cheap chinese spikes if they fail at worst it'll hurt and at best your heart will jump out your mouth
  6. any updates on this? pal of mine after a carving saw asap and the 360 wes on chainsawbars is looking tempting
  7. Chainsawbars.Co.UK is a good place to start Sent from my C6603 using Arbtalk mobile app
  8. I'd get a 12 or 14" 1/4 pitch carving bar and appropriate sprocket for the 230. Cannon bars are tough, sugi also seem popular. Just mess about have fun, watch some vids on youtoooobe Enjoy Sent from my C6603 using Arbtalk mobile app
  9. Def worth trying a change of oil, I've had old stihls not oiling well with oil that is too thin Sent from my C6603 using Arbtalk mobile app
  10. Not yet rob, still working my way through the 3x. 325 chain I got. End up doing most milling in 36" 404 chain with the 084. Will def look into it next time I'm needing a chain. How does it compare to 404? I remember you saying you thought the 404 would be much faster than 325? Sent from my C6603 using Arbtalk mobile app
  11. I wad thinking the same. 120cc is a lot lot lot better for milling than 95. I would also consider modding the mill to fit 3120 Sent from my C6603 using Arbtalk mobile app

  14. Rob d done a video of it, he says you don't need the same powerheads. I would have said 48" is pushing it, preferably 36". Do you find 36 with a 660 ok? For me 30 is painfully slow. Sent from my C6603 using Arbtalk mobile app

Soon got hacked off with it and just used it as a prussock, but would like to get this sorted. Don't climb with enough other folk who use them to get help with it.
