    Stihl 046

Cannon. Have run 2 660s on it with spacers. More recently a 084 and 076. Just got an 880 to go with the 084 but not tried yet. Bought it off ed Robinson who lives near me ( think he first bought cannon bars to uk?) Was setup on 325 with a 9pin on a 660. Also got a dead saw to go on the other end for solo milling which acts as a oiler sprocket Sent from my SM-G390F using Arbtalk mobile app

Well probably a good stretch yes! But after initial stretch all good. When I bought the mill it was on .325 running 2 660s on 9 pins.when I get through the chains I have I'll give 404 a shot. Sent from my SM-G390F using Arbtalk mobile app

Hear what your saying. It's listed as a 440 part though and not a huge difference between 440 and 460. I run my 48'' doubled ended Alaskan on.325 and not snapped a chain yet Sent from my SM-G390F using Arbtalk mobile app

.325 though and I found you need and extra link to accommodate the larger sprocket. On a ms361 anyway Sent from my SM-G390F using Arbtalk mobile app

  8. If I had to get it'll be me pinching the saw up a tree and yanking it to try and sort it. Will be more careful. The boot cost about £2.80 so I bought 2. Very surprisingly cheap. Running like a champ now. I would drill the exhaust but..... No l and h adjust! Sent from my SM-G390F using Arbtalk mobile app
  9. Or maybe he is a rock climber who enjoys climbing his trees and does some pruning with hand saw and is after some advice? Sent from my SM-G390F using Arbtalk mobile app
  10. Not necessary. I sometimes use a cambium saver which is a strip with rings in end that goes over the branch and your rope goes through rings. This reduces friction and wear on rope and tree. But totally nonessential. I o my use if moving through the canopy a lot of up and down on a big thin etc Sent from my SM-G390F using Arbtalk mobile app
