  1. Fair enough. I tried the top harness for my TM. Piece of junk. For SRT all you really need is a rape sling and mini crab for advancing your system though. Then there are loads of options for a better advancer at reasonable prices.
  2. Be honest Ti, It's hard to find parking spaces at the cafe isn't it?
  3. To be honest I'm not sure if the new saw is physically identical, or it was just a 2510 with a 2511 sticker on it.
  4. At a guess I'd say less chance of the lump slamming straight into to rigging line, and on the lower lumps, less chance of smashing it into the bollard.
  5. Is that why you have two monitors at your desk? Oh wait, that's another reason.
  6. Why would you buy a new harness for srt?
  7. Spotted it at one stall. Looked exactly the same. Max, because the handle is angled unlike the 150, when you clip it up by it it makes the bar nose point upwards towards your elbow. Which hurts.
  8. Fair point Eggs. The only sure fire way to remove the risk of drain intrusion is to remove the tree. Depends what you want to spend your money on really. Nice tree by the way.
  9. I'll be there from Thursday until my card starts getting rejected.
  10. I guess it's different strokes. I used the 280 replacement that they sent me (which on paper has more power than the 2510) on that chain and I despaired. It's been in my boot after one use. Tell you what though. I 've just taken the leap with Instagram (thanks for accepting 😃) so when I get my replacement I'll do a comparison.
  11. Really? Of course it is. If it's sold as friction cord it's rated as PPE.
  12. Pretty sure all friction cord is sold off the reel, unless you buy sewn/spliced lengths like a pillock.
  13. Eucs have to be my favourite tree to kill. You're blessed to have so many! Did a 60' one once, if you can imagine that kind of size.
  14. Gotta disagree there. In some woods perhaps the heavy chain works, but try putting it through something like Beech. As a pruning saw that chain just makes so much sense.
  15. It did work on ddrt after adding a couple of twists into the vt, but I find 8mm better. I ran volcano 10 on tachyon with the wrench and loved it TREEKIT sell it
  16. Thank god, I'm sick of my Triple Actions always dropping me out of trees.
  17. Same. Already trying to figure out how to bodge one. There'll be some smart arse saying "just clip a krab into the loop". ITS NOT THE BLOODY SAME!!!
  18. I'm competitive. Shouting "I win" probably ruins the mood though.
