  1. Beam me up scotty and while your at it, replicate me one of those blondes with the big boobies. I am gonna have some fun tonight!
  2. If only that was the case every time then IMO we would have a lot less of this type of discussion and a lot more getting on with it. A lot of the "big guys" lets call them were either born into it or got to where they are by knowing the right people. These are the ones that are the problem in my eyes as they didn't do the work to get there so they don't know what they are doing while "there". Mon eh little guy!
  3. never a truer word spoken! As much as I agree with Dean, I also agree with Tony on many points as well. Corrupt or not, for me the only problem I have with the AA is price. If I am ever forced to become a member because I won't get work otherwise then I would be sorely tempted to find me another profession. I think they do a good job and try to raise the industry standards to push out the cowboys BUT they are going about it in such a way that they are also pushing out the small guy trying to do his honest best, or at least alienating him from the bigger money makers. This world and it's powerful people we're never in favour of the little guy anyway and it will always be so. Big up to the little guy making a go of it against all odds
  4. Hah you don't know your born mate! Try staying on the west coast of Scotland, then you can ask why does it always rain on me? Glad I moved... The reason it's raining is because I don't have work these last couple of days and big G is looking after me
  5. Ahhh cool now I see. Was a bit miffed I couldn't get a full screen of the pics but that's sorted it right out:thumbup1:
  6. I use a running bowline all the time when chogging down a stem and I can say it works. I also use it to descend when the stem is a fellable height.
  7. Cheers J I may take you up on that offer but I am not talking anything big. Just small stuff like bowls etc. more of a hobby than anything serious. See you Monday anyway I guess
  8. About time mate:sneaky2: Overran by a few weeks eh?? Just bought both... Will give reviews when I have had a play around:thumbup: Looking good so far:001_cool:
  9. Oh well here you are then... 14" ms200t, 15" 346xp, 20" ms460 On the rare occasion I need something bigger then I borrow a 660 from someone.

  15. So here's the question.... is there anywhere in Edinburgh that takes carving classes or at the least has a workshop that I could go and practice in? I have done things like spoons and basic stuff when i had a little garden space in Rome but I would like the opportunity to try again. I stay in a 3rd floor flat which is small and I have no space to practice. Any suggestions would be helpful thanks guys.
  16. Oh god no! This is going to be another husky stihl war! Why don't you tell us yours first?

  19. Can't really see well with those pics sorry. Is it near a distillery? For some reason things go black in the vicinity of distillerys

  21. Been wondering the same... Hope he is ok, there was another thread of an accident without details as yet!!! Let us know your ok mate!!
  22. Yea I think drews second bridge is the best option. As long as they are different lengths. It's way harder to cut a slack rope than a tight one.
