  1. Yeah i see you have left ita bit slack so nit to increase vibe when working the saw through wood a rubber av mount would be more suited i recon just thinking an old 200 front handle mount may fit with some modifacation
  2. Be intresting to see how you get on with that stubby. Had been looking at thay yesterday wondering how it could be strengthned Do you recall what action or use made it go ?

  5. Same problem with alot of large companys all forms Of utilitys . There all run buy number crunchers that monitor performance falsified statistics. Budjets are scrimped beacuse theres a nice bonus in it for somone in the orifice

  8. I second this our Lanlord keeps beed he also gose out. And catches swarms at 83 aswell If his own hive swam he has had to move them away for a seson and the reinstate them

  10. Thanks Verry much spud . That stihl is it similer to 070 have one i am meaning to do up have a few spots on tbe caseing to braze up. And that 3120xp dose it even know its in wood with that bar on it ?
  11. Had an stihl 024 from an engeineer i work along side every now and then. Was bogging striped down cleaned the carb dont think the saws seen much work. Had a load of junk in the carb ifllter think just from stale fuel . Any way was going to tach it. Any body know the max rpm ?
  12. Hey sky do you often leave the 540 ticking over i have found exsesive idleing on auto tune saw have An adverse ecect on there running . I have Changed my ways since we got auto tune saws ,If its not cutting its off now i have not used our 540 for long but have thuroughly enjoyed useing it so far

  14. The 150 isnt the quickest cutter but will deffntly save your back the chain is quite fragile to But small and nimble would be grate for young copise

  20. On way back from a nother visit to mr price real good progress made . Everything is coming together now evrything on the unit has got to work and work well together. It will be a rolling engineering puzzle somthing alex and his team realy exsell at but nearly all thought out now . First a cople of pics of it last weekend. And then this weekend not a huge diffrance on out side but a lot of technical wireing pipeing and desing gon on.
  21. Ther be even more room now you can chuck it about a bit load trailers and what not. You got of lucky then , could of made a mess of the internals it good to hear
  22. Yeah not the moast ideal but a lot less hastle than a digger our yard is built around the mogs. So wouldent be much of an isue looks good on paul and a nice addition oh how was the damage on the mog over the winter. Not to costley i hope
  23. Could do with one of those for our 2150 would save getting the digger out to push the chipp about how much dose it weigh ? Its not a din mount is it ?
  24. We to have not had mich problems hav 550, 560, 540 only have troble with the 550 cople of times where ita be left idleing for to long buy somone and the acasional flooding if somones not use to the start prosedure
  25. We have. A stihl fs 310 and 410 not shure if the 310 is still made. But there good quality have a bit of grunt for brambles they offer a years profetional warrenty i beleave tri stars are good for brambled. Mulching blades are avalible too havent used one tho You can also get blades for grass but they all come with a line head i think
