  5. Well done elliot smith that is cracking work
  6. As long as the pitch isn't to steep just a prussic will do. would recommend the rope wrench will do moast tasks a mechanical descender would . Dose require a small amount more knowledge to use safely. Down side no panic feature .
  7. With a front pto and dinplate or 3 point linkage yes is the beauty of mogs with work they adapt to many situations
  8. Chris that and a other u1250 was in the farmers weekly adds a a out a year ago also both his jensen 's and a fast tow hizohack

  10. Thought it looked familiar joe . Have you move yard mate been passing a few times of late not seen you gear there ? A for chris
  11. Hi Bjørgvin a prussic will do the job you describe . It mite not conform to rule in your industry i would recommend a knut found in the knot guide on this forum with a micro pully for tending be aware that toomuch load will make the prussic jamm and sick . I can say the rope wrench is fantastic piece of equipment may be worth getting
  12. If you interested there are a couple pics of lancs arb rig at work on acprice facebook page was lucky enuf to see this beaing built
  13. I put some info up before but cant find it for ours i made an attachment ring with a little bit of webbing stiched together and fixed useing a stihl torx plastic screw in hole used for mounting of the rear handle on rear handle model found center back under air filter cover have three 150s first one has helled up over year and a half now can also use origonal attachment for cliping to harness much like plastic loop on 540xp
  14. Thanks ti Off top of my head it is around 9 cube it changed a few times through the build
  15. Thanks stephen. Lancs trailer cant be loaded to its max potential mostly because the hitch atached. I think the mog would be capable its got cti and a lot of weight dispersed on mog wheels the 10"duker on front is 1.2t and the atlas on the draw bar is around 2t traction shouldent be its downfall sinking may well be
  16. Hears a few pics of the out reach

  19. Nice little mogy on discs as well you pads and discs or you had problems
  20. I know the uge mogs a u500 can be up rated from a 15t to 16t but only if its ag reg ups the front axle for implements. Can only be done buy mercedes them selfs
  21. ah what day was you there i was on the stand quite a bit
  22. Yeah thats understandable maybe something that could be done on future sales buy dealers. may nag my local (forest&arb) to prehaps register new sales or offer it as an option as the record and register all sales anyways
  23. Steve the sponcer beaing stihl have you been in talks at all about transfering they have on database to yours ?
  24. It dose all come down to how you plan to use a unimog. If you dont have a need for a crane, mewp, mower, pto attachment or some form of hydraulic aid plus chip box and off road ability. These are good reasoning for looking at a mog. if not will probably not be the right solution for you Running costs are easily justified if used to it's potential
