  1. Must be the new ones as no trouble with mine only replaced start cord last week after 6 years.
  2. If It's a trimmer would not what to see a cutter the teeth are 1 and a half inches a part on what you are calling a trimmer.

Had 1 for 6 years great hedge cutter/trimmer cuts everything, had a couple of problems to start with it spark arester would block up just removed it then the air cleaner would suck small cutting when trimming conifer and block it up piece of tape over the holes on front case solved that. The biggest problem with them is they scream like hell the loudest hedge cutter I have used but the balance is right with engine to rear used it all week and going to use it next week as well. I do not own a standard format hedge cutter/trimmer.
  4. How about Echo 5 years warranty. Run a old cs3400 top handle with 12 inch bar great saw ran it last week reducing large Beech. Think a couple of lads run newer models on here. SORRY 2 Years professional warranty
  5. You do not have to take time off work to get phone delivered just give them address you will be working at on that day and they will deliver to that address as long as you are on the ground to sign for it.
