You should get enough poke out of her to pull that. A silage contractor how use to work near mine had MF 399 and a 698 2 wheel drive and pulled 10 trailers on hilly fields and roads not problem.

Tanarka tbc 230 stopped running, crank seals had gone and bearings bad so replaced all sealed good pressure test and vac. Only starts on full throttle then as soon as you let off it stops and then will restart on full throttle, so cleaned carb and no improvement any ideas.

Are you concerned about removal, if so get tree officer to look and if possible get a tpo put on them if the tree's are sound to late once they have gone.

That about sums it up, but I have in the past handled log once when to be split. Because timber was moved off site with forwarding trailer and stacked in yard and then cut with chainsaw and picked up and split.

I remember proping a large fig years ago when I worked for someone we use a length of 4 inch square box with a hoop bolted to the top and a pin at the base that went into tarmac drive to stop it moving about. Was very good lasted about 10 years then New owners got me to cut the whole thing down but prop was still good.

You wil not be underpowered if you match implements to tractor size. If you can find a 50hp one the size of a 35hp would be better.

Price what do you want to pay. Good chipper i ran a 100/18 which is the later as first chipper and still run it from time to time in big gardens as you can tow with ride on mower, Good for straight brash and quick.

Good quality welder and rod for arc welding and you should be ok. A old welder / black smith said to me once when he saw my cheap welder and budget rod if you can produce that welding that good you can weld. Never tried mig so can not comment.

Just try a 2 foot length of drainage pipe over the end and see if it makes a differents. Or just get a net to put over top over bed.
