Jack it up and check swivel pin play.

Prop is O/S front not N/S. Maybe swivel pin bearing has collapsed and the UJ on half shaft is catching on swivel housing.

Not always check easiest things, got a mate with a Nissan, he bought it secondhand then it would not kick down and pull ( should have said an auto ) took it to a garage how put it on computer and said EGR problem which they change still played up on dual carriage way over taking. So he took it to a little old school garage who said that will be your filters, queried the problem.

Have they check fuel filters and air cleaner + pipe work to air cleaner.

Built some tree guards today for Dedham vale & stour valley project how are planting 500 trees along the Rivers Stour, Brett and Box. Took Giant loader with post hole borer made it an easy job.
