  4. I have used 2 different modelsof GM at other firms in the past..seem very substandard.
  5. Have the use of a stables near where i used to live for timber and chip for free..shes grateful for us tipping chip where horses exercise as its akin to the Somme otherwise..only prob is access is sometimes sketchy..new gaff has plenty space for log and school uses chip in biomass boiler..
  6. The problem with too many of these are they are still only 3.5 tonners,whos going to pay 30k for something with 1 or 1.5 tonne payload??

  11. Used to work digging out floor spaces in council properties..rip out floor boards,dig down through the clay by hand about 6 courses of brick then barrow fresh stone in. Used to average 80-120 ton of stone per house. All shovelled in by barrow. Back breaking. Tree work a doddle physically in comparison.

  16. Used to use it in my old 200tdi 90 few years back. It definitely pulled a lot stronger running on bio but when the cold weather came i could feel the difference. Sluggish as hell so needed a bit more of a mix with regular diesel. Will definitely need to change filters more often..
  17. Iv just got me and my groundie the Helly Hansen Roan smock,pvc lined with brushed cotton. Bit warm but no way the rains getting thru,neoprene cuffs and the hood is big enough to cover a helmet too.

  19. Always going to happen,as LR prefer to sell the Discos and Rangies to the well-heeled lot instead of Defenders to farmers and such..

  22. Rain coming in horizontal,flooded again..gotta Syc to fell in a farmers field which will be like a swamp..
  23. Chin up chaps! I have a unused shed that will fit 3 possibly 4 IBCs in at a time,so as i only sell hardwood i may whack a stove in there and use softwood to keep it going??
