  1. Anyone who posted a reply please for the sake of others that have had stolen kit now and in the future respond to firewood post about trying to secure a means of tracking stolen kit and catching these slim balls either in the act or with the stolen kit. This is a real serious problem that must be stopped now. Thank you for your support. If this is possible it will be a big win for the members and preservation of ones kit. Thank you for your support.
  2. Happy Birthday Steve.
  3. Sounds like the police are at the least understanding and useless at the same time. I believe most of this stolen kit is ending up in eastern europe or china, I hate to say that but since there is no real punishment and the return on investment is hard cash i would be very surprised if I am wrong.
  4. Bold and brazen, stay on your guard and take nothing for granted as I commented earlier on in a seperate reply, Organized crime even on a small scale is at work in my opinion. If the police cannot or will not protect your private property you must. Be advised that this site may be monitored by the same people making off with everyones Kit!!. It could be happening!. Watch Out!. I am really not trying to freak any one out just do the best you can and than some.
  5. This may be true. I believe when and if the records are released regarding the deaths of both persons it will be a C change in the history of the USA, unless of course things are all tidey up or the records are lost. Time has a bad habit of that sort of thing occuring.
  6. It's a choice for power and $$$. The Kennedys sold out there ethics/principles a long time ago. I like to sleep at night with both eyes closed, not wondering who is going to come after me next or who I am going to stick it to next. Loose Loose. They did and now they are a sad chapter of American/World history that will be read about for generations to come.
  7. He was also fond of Hitler and had some not so nice business dealings with Germany before 9-1-1939.
  8. The Kennedy family tryed very hard to discourage many networks here in the states from airing the series. Only one cable network was able to afford it and the press for the series here in the states has been almost Nil. For the first time in recent political history No Kennedy is currently in office. It took a while but what is left of the family here is all but for gone. All political familys come and go. wired forsmoke you were very correct about Old Joe K, he was very ruthless and nothing stood in his way for long.
  9. As often as this is occuring I can not help to believe there is a pattern to these items being stolen with regular ease. Can anything be done to catch these people and have them do some really hard time for their crimes???. I hope your dog is felling better and that you will be able to recover your kit.
  10. Some customers need more training than others. There will always be under cutters. and DIY as well. You much less anyone else are for the most part in business for your self. Don't take what the other guy charges seriously, sooner or later they will be out of business, you will be left standing and still in business.
  11. Thanks to all branches of the service, past, current and future.
  12. Traveling and working trade shows and seeing the satisfaction on a customers face after they have tried a product knowing it was all worth it and a job well done. Sharing that with others means so much!.
  13. Many Congrats, I hope she has a long and happy life.
  14. Dear Klaymeb: Nice chatting with you tonight. I see from your profile that you are a climber and a carver. Nice Tiki.Take care, all the best easy-lift guy aka Ted.

  15. I saw that Bat driving a old Buick and heading back home for the summer, thank god season is over and the roads will be safer until October.
  16. Ferris is a good machine, service after the sale will be important unless you are buying used. If you are buying new make sure everything about the function of the mower is explained, this is important for the dealer to understand so he will hopefully know that you are an informed consumer. If you are buying used go over the mower with a fine tooth comb. Remember it's your money and investment. Good hunting.
  17. I agree with Quickthorn, and I also use Quickbooks. A good accountant will also be able to answer those other questions you may have based on your business situation.
  18. Never have actually lived in a "city", large town, kinda. Presently living in a small town and it more or less the same as my old small town that became to full and loud. In season it is even worse. Thank god for Easter since 90% of the tourist type will be gone until November.
  19. Weather runs in cycles, in 1983 during a Five day period we had 27" of rain, I am sure it will happen again and usually does all over the planet.
  20. Cut her down, Happy Easter.
  21. I am still kidding about burning Elm, Have a Happy Easter.
  22. Be very carefull, after all it is your MONEY/Future Happy Easter.
  23. Sounds and looks like a good investment towards working smarter with your own funds. Might I suggest a reserve fund for future repair and replacement needs, continue to fund this reserve with every job the savings will provide you with a sound future reinvestment for the future, Happy Easter.
  24. Some customers need more training than others, cheap is cheap any where you go. If you really need the work that is one thing but if cheapo keeps adding on or applying restrictions say thanks and walk away, I would and have.
