  1. fun isnt it ! my placeis directly under the flight path to Mildenhall so we get all the yank tankers and heavy transprot over head !
  2. they fly over our workshop most days there flying out of Wattisham over too woodbridge and generally around ! lol
  3. Standard setup on 3.5 tonne HD land rovers 130 or 110 is the heavy duty LR spring and then the helper springs inside ! On my 110 i run the bearmach blue 130 HD springs soon to have the helpers too ! On My business partners 130 we run bearmach blue 130 springs and the landrover genuine helper springs, this reguarly goes 3.5 tonnes and 3.5 tonnes on trailer too ! rides very well corners well oh shocks HD Bilstiens all round ! Never have it looking overloaded ever !
  4. H pot was the only soloution on my parents place on top of the clifs right on south coast wind direction used to cause havock !
  5. We have built a Three way tipper on a 130 no chip box but will tip full load of dirt mud etc lol ! was designed for a different job but just to usefull we fitted a pto pump to it as we had one !

  7. we had a a NH ts115 decide to take the oil pump apart with no6 conrod and cap it still ran if a little noisy ! new short block rebuilt head and the alike i made my assistant start it on the grounds of it going bang it would be him turning the key lol ! great feeling when they run up first time properly

  9. your all lucky ! the place im living in the heating is beyond repair its 200 years old and my thermometer doesent get above 2 degrees no fire places or wood burner nowhere to put one so its electric heating and a mobile gas fire dont use the ellectric apart form bathroom and bedroom to ttake the chill off ! but the rent is cheep !

  12. the 526 was manual control even up to 2008 not sure on the post 2008 model ! 526 very handy size machine 2.6 tonne lift 5 or six meter boom ? easy to work on and handle mud well!
  13. the last 17 metre truck i was on was 16 tonnes unladen lol !
  14. just about right there Ag spec are just more friendly for this kind of use ! lol
  15. lol yes hot and HOT are different Warm it should be !
  16. its amazing what unorthodox uses you can use one for i must try and bring the pic to work and scan it !
  17. would be ok in either situation ! best to grease and turn the bearings as ti will distribute the grease more evenly !
  18. That first one would make a lovely large picture sized print for the wall lovely depth of coulor !
  19. My old college has a Ferrari and if it lasts with students at the helm i think you will be ok ! we never saw it in the workshps for more than student heavyhandedness lol if used by one or two operators i can see why they wouldnt last well for years !
