  2. i dont mind being in the fat club as i am overweight and therefore fat !
  3. I used to work on a place with the biggest farm 2000 boiler with a pair of 3500 litre acumilators we used to fire it on straw if we had it or waste wood in a large basket we made to fit it ! very simple and straight forward but cant help thinking the low tech but simple fashion of the unit was not as efficient as it could be ! it was heating 40 odd rooms both heat and DHW !
  4. im going to start a cult for anyone who wants to follow Dildos video tutorials ?
  5. id say 30% extra maybe it will sell to the right places like you say try different outlets than your current ones ? i would have no problem usining it if i needed it !
  6. ok as long as i dont turn out like a raspberry ripple ill be happy

  11. i like these systems used to look after a farm 2000 big bale boiler heating 30 rooms in student accommodation and the DHW basic and worked but has always been my idea to use similar system but with many improvements etc ! Fueled on wood im guessing Nick ? Tim yes that put me off to start with there but TBH its worth it if your after real user info im sure you can browse for free ? look up Gassifying boilers etc ? David
  12. be carefull you may reignite his tampon !
  13. Looks like some one had the fuse lit on there tampon ! Hope th ebook comes back soon ! i dread to think where some things i have lent to people are now ? its a risk in life we take ~ !
  14. Have a look on the Green building forum there is a lot there and many people who run many types happy reading
  15. i have read this thread watched the videos etc and well been resisting posting but hell why not ! I think there is merit in the method i don't like it and can see so many things that make me cringe and there are a few moments in the video where you don't have full control of the saw ! that said the tree was brought down where you wanted it and in a good time Using the winch method is safe and yes slower and yes with the right winch and setup a 36" tree could be rolled ! it is all down to the person at the times experience and regard for there own safety and there understanding of the consequences. The issue i see with the OP is the constant Bravado my way works yours sucks and im afraid to say it the American were better than you attitude ! which stinks to be fair . We are all allowed our own thoughts and opinions and we all should be able to take on others ideas and the like in a constructive way. it would be nice to see some cut the macho im right your wrong stuff and be more constructive !
  16. try looking on the green building forum there is alot of usefull stuff there that you will like im sure !
  17. They are already like most of the supermarkets selling produce at such a great margine and not paying proper prices to the hardworking producers and making the producers jump through so many hoops to get to sell them there produce in the first place ! So they should fly out there goods to there store ! as said its a publicity opportunity for them just doing what they should ! Unfortunately i dont really have the option to avoid using them as the other options local to me are Asda who i wouldnt touch due to being walmart and sainsburys who are more expensive and actually out of my way by about 10 miles. So i use them and buy what ever british produce i can as its the least i can do !
