  1. Im still riding a Marin Bear Valley Se that I bought off a mate 8 years ago, proper old school Halfords are a complete joke

  9. Im not sure what Ideas I was expecting but having another knot close to the sliding ring of my harness aswell as the prussic and slack tender, is one knot to many, after doing this on friday I kept grabbing the knot instead of the prussic
  10. Nothing to write home about just wear and tear. I just cut it out for peace of mind
  11. Had to cut the eye off my Marlow climbing rope because of damage from the spikes but now cant use the cambium saver because the knot wont fit through the rings. Apart from a splice thats beyond me or a new rope is there anything else I can do to over come the problem ???
  12. Ive never liked the chin straps with a clip as the idea of falling, the hat being knocked back or caught up and being suspended by my head doesnt appeal to me, hence i use the elastic straps that will break before my neck does
  13. Im going to try it in the hedge cutter, if its cleaner and I dont go home stinking of 2 stroke fumes then the cost isnt such a big thing to me £16 all in by the way but got to wait until there next delivery

  19. I was told once that if you've been caught fly tipping then you wont be able to get one for love nor money work that one out!
  20. Grossed 6.5 t once carrying paving slabs for my patio in the Iveco , Also know of a chap that had a puncture on his trailer so tracked his Jensen up on top of the pick up full of chip and hobbled home on the rim. Vosa would have loved him
