  12. .17 mach 2 are roughly the same price now as they were 4 years ago 14p ish a shot But HMR has gone from 18p to 28p a pop. Thats an extra £5 a box Heard on here that its nearly as cheap to reload 22-250 that buy Hmr which sounds tempting if true

  16. Well over 2000 rounds last year through the rifles I own I wont use them if they arnt consistant in the .243 but the company produce most calibers of ammo so if they're good then I could save quite a few quid over a year
  17. Searched a few other forums and it seems they shoot well in Tikka's and Sako's which suits me . Its also apparent that a year ago they were 50p a shot which could mean either the manufacture cost have gone up or they are starting to get greedy.
  18. Well worth a listen
  19. What make of rifle are you using them in ?
  20. Getting low on .243 and getting fed up of the over inflated prices of ammo so I've bought some 100g Prvi Partizan for 70p a pop. Just wondered if anybody on here has tried them in .243 or come to that any other caliber
  21. Sorry to here they're trying to have one over on you dont let them think they've got you on the run just finish the job and put the bill in It must have been a big tree, have you taken photo's because it may help if they do start to wriggle to have a record of the work you've done.

  23. My Brother in law (Nick) had a neighbour that burnt building waste in his garden after dark so the black smoke couldnt be seen He asked him not to bother as it was filling their house up with smoke and on 1 occassion even set the firealarm off but the bloke still had a fire at least once a week. this went on for a couple of months and one night Nick lost his rag got out of bed bollock naked telling my sister that he was going to pull the blokes arms off and beat him to death with the soggy ends He thundered down the stairs virtualy screaming and into the garden, then it all went quiet my sister could work out what had happend so went down to find Nick sat on the floor of the kitchen with tears in his eyes holding his foot " whats wrong??" she asked "I made it out the door and half way down the garden and stood on a bloody Hedge Hog"
  24. Got out of the cab to break wind at lunch time as the groundy already felt queezy after a bad chicken curry he ate last night
  25. If you joining large boards you can cut a grove in both pieces and use a strip of 3 mm ply as a tongue. Smaller joints are a piece of cake with a biscuit cutter, I bought a trend for £80 years ago and its still going strong. Got to knock a sash window up for the house and ill use buscuits with a good quality glue, which IMO is just as important as the joint its self.
