  1. Holla and I shall appear haha good beginners workout split to the world of strength would be push, pull, and lower body three days a week no more than 40 mins needed. Push day I'd warm shoulder. Up with some light overhead presses Then some barbell military presses, followed by flat bench then finished off with floor presses. And some heavy pulley pushdowns with cambered bar Pull day do some highrep situps and hyper extensions and head straight to deadlifts, follow up with some high cleans, and then some bent over barbell rows, finish with high rep rear delt raises supersetted with face pulls. Lower body two mins cycle warm up then knees and head straight to squat rack, proceed to do nice controlled squats to at least parallel.follow up with stiff leg deadlifts Warm up set of 15 reps to start then after that do set of 5 reps then 3 then final set do two reps (or a double a it's known) eat like a king sleep well, and despite what anyone says on here if trainin hard enough then your body will need outside protein sources or protein shakes. I can't even humanly eat 5thousand calories of solid food a day. Any questions fire away I'll be glad to help.

    Running

Keep the weights in there and keep protein and healthy fats up and you shouldn't lose the muscle I like hill sprints with weight plates in back pack or make sled up tie it to your harness and do weighted sled pulls.build strength stamina and cardio at same time.Seen too many injuries from normal flat high mileage running.Circuit training is great to shift things up a bit as mentioned. Anything that keeps heart rate up for sustained period of time will build cardio endurance.
  4. Thanks for kind words people and I'm gla I'm not the only guy who has been a nugget with petrol, dare say probably won't be the last. Can't say as I'll be doing it in a hurry again, usually pretty good at lighting brash the ray mears way, grew up watching him all thru childhood.Impatience and stupidity finally got the better of me I guess. Bright side I won't need to be shaving anytime soon haha sure gets heart going better than a coffe I can say that much. Just hope I don't turn into a wuss ass and bottle it around fires from now on.
  5. Must been the vapours tom, honestly I don't think my big ass ever moved so fast in my life.Think I traumatized rest of lads at work as ran past in a ball of flames screaming. As saying goes guess we learn the hard way...And think I'll be off to buy more boxer shorts as I'm down a pair haha

    Zma?

Good protein powder, creatine ,glutamine and branch chain amino acids anything outside that and it probably has hardly any benefit. Altho lately I've had no suppliment and seriously dropped my calorie intake...after a month my strength has actually shot up pressed 15ft long by roughly 10inch thick bit of pine tree above head for 6 good reps today haha. 220kg squat and you don't compete? Ever Considered powerlifting sounds like you have a knack! 220kg is no joke

  18. Cheers guys,I'm gathering the vibe that arb chip isn't suitable for landscape mulching ? Is that correct? If so what other uses could it have,as don't fancy having it sat there forever I have zero arctic access either or tractor with bucket sadly

    New truck

Gorgous truck bud.when funds improve I shall be treating myself to pick cummins soot machine aswell.go like a rocket in straight line with few goodies
  22. I run Baja claws or did do Isnt much left of them haha they lasted all of maybe 5month absolute crud if do alot of miles. Also watch load rating as they are competition tires...not sure load rating applies On them.As trophy trucks and pre runners don't carry loads. Absolutly never ever got stuck with them tho, just digs finds grip and rips thru the muddy stuff
  23. If I'm muddin I usually drop down to 12psi,if you have the big tires and your not deflating then your not getting the maximum grip and "footprint" your tire can offer. Just don't over egg it and lose her off the rim.
