    Zma?

U guys use your harnesses to climb I use mine to pull loaded trucks haha.Obviously I'm touch bigger than normal guy so my calorie Intake also is.average well built guy should certainly aim for a minimum of 3000 cals especially since this job is so active. Hour of weights burns nearly thousand calories, add in cardio for half hour three times a week and that gut will be one of iron dude don't panic. Aim for majority of calories to come from comPlex carbs and proteins and good amount of healthy fats.

    Zma?

Just make sure your eating plenty it's all I ever recomnd to anybody. To give you an idea of how much you have to eat to repair and gain strength:I eat over 6000 calories a day just to maintain my size and strength,if I'm working hard in summer heat that will go up to around 12,000!

    Creatine

Hi lorry was 37 quid if I remember I ordered it thru our gym I work a part time at tho. Creatine improved my stamina for mma so I agree it is fantatic for cardio. As for joint problems from it,I would say that's either from doing too much too quick or the creatine is making you hold water putting strain on your joints. Or even the possibility that your not drinking enough water andyour infact dehydrated also joints ache. But everyone is different.some peoples joints can take hard trainig others can't Make sure to chuck some whey, glutamine and simple carbs like bottle of lucozade in with your creatine to help shuttle it into your muscles better.

    Rain moisture

Aye ben there's been a steady rise in the number of customers stood there waiting with moisture metre. it annoys me when they then go and jam it just in the end or in the top of log, they hate it even more when i tell them if there going to test my logs then do it properly and split her and test the middle. I don't advertise a moistre content as weather is so un reliable round here I could ne'er guarantee what they will be,al I know is if there wet and white lookig they don't get sold till there dry old and cracking

    Rain moisture

Glad I'm not the only one who let's silly little things drive them crazy to the point of investigating and experimenting haha. Hopefully with tarp back on and tied down to pallets now aswell as tires it should stay put and hope the moisture pishes off before customer wants anymore. Firewood customers are getting ludicrously picky compared to last year. I had some complain the logs looked grey and old......haha yes seasoned logs.
  13. Hey chaps well I store my logs in vented stacking pallets outside with tarp on top and open fronts and backs etc, well the inevitable happened due to high winds the tarp lifted and moved (despite being weighted down with tires) and the logs got a lashing of rain. They were seasoned, just wondering if there is any way the will dry out quick enough to be burnable..in middle building new barn so can't even chuck them inside anywhere as space is limited. It was all softwood aswell and I got told that if seasoned softwood has rain at It then it will be absolutly sodden and back to square one again...any input would be greatful thanks folks
  14. It's because the double cab carries more people or equipment plus the load bed weight.hence heavier duty sprigs and hangers etc and bigger load rating and general grabber I got sick of replacing the rear ones every six month on our d22...

    Creatine

Gaspari size on is what I use.I havnt found any other creatine suppliment to be as effective.tastes good too. Bit pricey but a tub will last a full month guaranteed. Makes a re energizing drink to sip during hard workdays aswell. Contains carbs and bit of whey also. First time of using I dropped 4 percent bodyfat and put on close to a stone
  17. Sadly where me and mr Faulkner are from at 100 quid a cube people just wouldn't be interested.

    Vehicle Image

Mines in the nail category.every customer I've had has commented on what a cracking vehicle for my line of work it is and how practical it looks Even with it's mud boggers and home fitted tipper and cut away arches. It's peanuts to fix.is quick and reliable and is a stonker off road with a load. Cheap to run means more profit to me
  19. Hi Lorry I was wanting to get into few comps this year, however works really boomed and sadly I can't really risk the time off if god forbid I do myself a mischeif, so maybe strongman may have to fall by the wayside. I'm really liking the idea of going back to MMA again and downsize myself. I don't have a T.V so getting our old man to tape the strongman for us. Which north show is this lorry? Be glad to share a protein beverage with fellow arbtalk member haha.
  20. Haha bunk beds I grew out of years ago bud collapsed many in my youth haha much to the horror of the lower bunk occupier
  21. Weighted or resistance cardio is always Good sled drags farmers walks high rep breathing squats.Hill sprints with weighted back packs are great. Add on a good solid powerlifting and plyometrics program andyour on your way to a complete athlete. And weights will increase speed if used correctly. I'm 21stone and can cover a hundred yard dash in 11 seconds so there goes that theor. Lol
  22. Couldn't have said better myself martyn, there is too little emphasis on correct lifting techniuqe in today's gyms.Keep safe and stay strong guys!. And for all you hard gainers on here Make sure you chow down on all the food this time of year brings all the best to everyone over the festive period and new year
  23. if I'm nursing an injury I'll strap up.other than that I'll go unstrapped overtime your body will grow and adapt.I started with 7 inch wrists and over the years they have grown to just shade over ten.wrist curls will help beef your wrists up.Always when pressing keep elbow and wrists inline don't let wrists flop over.if that means lightening the weight for pressing moves for a while then don't panic bud.You will find if you keep your wrists straight you will generate more power thru the bar so will in the end make your pressing more efficent My hands are bit claw like spencer So thanks for the advice there bud.
  24. Yo mesterh, the way I feel tennis elbow/golfer elbow originates is usually by overuse, however I feel if you can train and develop the muscles surrounding the elbow and get them used to a higher workload then it goes a long way to help ward it off. Muscular Balance Can also be a common cause of elbow issues,Work on your grip regularly up to twice a week, even three times if your a quick recoverer. If you have a sports store near you I'd suggest investing in some grippers, also twisting and rolling up a newspaper as tight as it will go a few times a week will also help. Also buy a broom drill thru it and place a piece of pullcord thru the hole with a knot on top, attach a five pound plate to this and roll the string up the broom with arms held out infront of you.Do anywhere from five to 15 of these and your forearms should be like popeyes. Biceps you can do with curls, even use bags with heavy impliments in them 3-4 sets of 5-15 reps should see you well there, triceps you can do close grip pushups for. That should strengthen the muscles a bit,as for warding off joint problems make sure you take enough healthy fats In your diet, extra virgin olive oils my fave, also taking glucosamine sulphate sure wouldt hurt.if you require any more detail then just pop me a pm
