  1. shrug form could be off slightly perhaps as it's alot of downward pull on shoulder structure. But defo throw in some rotator cuff work,I made mistake of neglecting those small inner shoulder muscles and suffered rupture in right shoulder 2 year back. Thumbs up on deadlift and bench numbers tho. Another tip if doing alot of overhead pressing make sure to have at least 48 hours between any bench work and shoulder work, that is if your not already should help keeps shoulders healthier in long run
  2. Get inflamation down first ice packs at least three times a day and pop some ibuprofen.Once inflamation has died down and normal range of motion is restored then strengthen your rotator cuff muscles and upper back muscles. All exercises will be on YouTube to help instruct you.Could be a muscular imbalance aswell between pushing muscles an pulling,if you climb alot that could be a contributing towards your pulling muscles being Stronger than your pushing ones I'd advise a trip to good physio aswell pref a sport therapist who deals with active people,as usually alot of scar tissue can build up in shoulder with repeat dislocations
  3. our old 200tdi used to annoy all the local hot hatch joy boys was a blinking quick lump after finished with her haha.I'm dying for a big dirty cummins, way works going I'll be jobless soon tho good to see another cummins obsessed member.
  4. Not many round my area that will pay over 60 a day.Had as low as 30 offered and as high as 120 with my own gear on a two man job.In the end the average pay round my neck is 52quid a day and that's using our own PPE.Isnt worth doing anymore

This summer my target markets Been campers and selling net packs of logs kIndling and some firelights so that's kept sales up,Had 10 new customers for uncut unseasoned lengths aswell the self cut and split markets defo on the grow, people want to feel countryfied I guess lol Much nicer delivering in dry weather and able to work longer love summer orders
  7. Thought I'd throw this one out for some of the physio trained members here. Ring finger on right hand is pretty weak and is sore to extend or close. Also if I lightly squeeze it inbrtween first andsecond inuckle it hurts immensly, also feels like pea sized lump or nodule just above pad first knuckle on underside of hand. Any ideas? Have I ruptured tendon slightly? Any help or peeps with similar issue would be appreciated stay strong Yeti

    sideline extras?

If marketed to correct audience then they can brome a busy little sideline I found.I've come to problem of I hardly have any large enough lumps left anymore.Plant troughs seemed to have been really popular this year round.Plus it's pretty stress relieving carving away with your saw i feel
  10. Hi guys just wanted to make a quick check, local farmer next door to my land has bit of woodland that co joins our two pieces of land. He's knocking on a bit now and cannot be bothered cleaning the place up,he said if I want to clear up any trees that have fallen over or snapped in our last high winds I can have them for firewood. The area has tpo on all trees in the woodland, just wondered if once it's uprooted itself am I able to cut it up or do I have to check for clearence before start work on them?
  11. Cash Or cheques usually do,I don't have too many bad payers.Only had one this year but was resolved swifty.

  13. They are thin as paper steve defo in my opinion from looking at other pants there is no protective fibres in them.I'm livid with the supplier as they are being obtuse to the max
  14. Hi chaps come into problem a problem I need some pics of stretch air type c's and if possible of the label which says it's cut protective.Due to a very crud supplier sending out what my tutor at college is saying are non protective stretch airs,do they even exist? I ordered cut protective type C's and now I can't do my assesment as havnt the cash for another pair of pants. Mine don't have the little chainsaw logo on the side, the supplier is arguing and saying every single stretch air pant is cut protective

    034 got a flop on

Ah spot on only five mins up the road good to see another local on here After good check about one of the rubbers wasn't quite seated correctly it's steadied it up a bit, however it's still wobbly if I shake it with the bar on you can actually feel the engine wobble and the bar.Its like the bars too heavy or somthing,it's only an 18" stihl rollamatic

    034 got a flop on

Hi andy I'm going to re check my buffers are in correctly if thy yields no results then that be a huuugggeee help, mechanical parts I'm great with as ex mechanic but all the auxillary parts of the saw I find rediculously fiddly for my 3xl sized hands. I'm in barrow in Furness where are you located bud?

    034 got a flop on

Everything appears to be there when I had her to pieces, the anti vibration rubbers seem to be in correctly as far as I know (obviously I'm no saw technician lol) Forgive my stupidity but what is an IPL?.
  21. Hi chaps my 034 has developed an absolutly frustrating amount of Loose play between chassis and engine.I've changed the annular buffers Which has improved it a little but even under it's own weight biting into a log the air filter casing and engine casing actually lose the gap between them and the whole saw feels like it bends in the middle(which it does like a blinking bananna) What els could be wrong? The things coming close to getting smashed it's bugging me that badly
  22. Most my custom comes from small stoves.bit of pain but it seasons quicker.Suprised the kiln dried stuff is above 15 percent moisture,I thought that was whole point in kiln dried logs? Super low moisture content.
  23. 1 rep max wants to be done on it's own day with no other bodyparts at least a week after you last trained chest shoulders or triceps. 50 percent of max for two warm up sets then go for it. Update on my comp,it should have been moved to 30th this month sadly I won't be competing, last year I cut my thumb off and had to have it al re attatched, whilst deadlifting hard last week I sadly torn the tendon completly off again using a hook grip,a stupid mistake for me to make with an already weakened thumb.Hope dave gets this update as sadly my I phone has spotted ass and won't let me reply to visitor messages quick enough. Be rehabing thumb again for few months again.Considering going backto MMA fighting again now as my body is failing me and it's having knock on effect to me earning.Been a pap week hope everyone elses benching is going good
  24. Treat yourslf to some big nasty maxxis boggers billy you know you want to haha
  25. Try the AT2's Billy dude I quite like them for soft clay ridden mud nice low pressure and heavy right foot an the clear themselves nicely
