  2. It says it on the plate, Esse MF100 https://www.esse.com/wp-content/themes/esse/downloads/guides-and-manuals/woodburning-stoves/MFSE100.pdf
  3. This boot? https://www.fifecountry.co.uk/aqua-tuff-safety-rigger-boots-0208 Have you got, is it comfy? I used to have a pair of Hoggs leather lace up boots. They were good boots, but hell of a weight to them.
  4. If you look closely you'll notice it still has the fold lines from being taken out the packet that morning It's a bit like with me, if you ever see me in a smart clean shirt, it's probably still got the label on it
  5. This must be where a lot of it comes from, they have 11 (!) firewood processors on the go
  6. Terrible place to store firewood Needs more shelves, a comfy chair, and an old hi-fi Store oil/fluids outside in a separate shed/box, they just get in the way.
  7. SNP MSP Fergus Ewing to face disciplinary action vote WWW.BBC.CO.UK The former SNP minister has criticised government policy and a power-sharing agreement with the Greens. "Fergus Ewing meanwhile remains unrepentant, and insists he will continue to vote with his principles and on behalf of his constituents." I've never been a particular fan of Fergus Ewing, but fair play to him
  8. There used to be a couple of old geezers, from Buckie/Fraserburgh/Peterhead or somewhere who would go round the shows/big car boots etc in the north selling offshore surplus gear at knockdown prices. Not seen them for a few years now Overalls/boots/jackets etc etc All boots £20 a pair, no matter what they cost new, brand new unworn. I was once almost tempted by a pair of firefighting boots that were near enough knee high, would be good for nights out in the town.
  9. I think the "modern" version of rigger boots (ie approved for use on oil rigs) is the side zip ones, which you can take on and off without touching the laces. Comfier (more supportive) than rigger boots, but not as good as proper boots I use either safety wellies, dealer boots, or side zip boots as my outdoor slippers, but proper boots if you're in them all day ORKA Vulcan Waterproof Safety Boots - Zip Sided - High Leg WWW.HAZCHEMSAFETY.COM The ORKA Vulcan Boot provides a competitive price point yet offers fantastic features and protection meaning it is ideal for oil and gas, rail, utilities and engineering. A comfortable zip sided...
  10. Waterproof rigger boots - is that not like wellies?

    DHL

It was probably on the van but the driver ran out of time, so it went back to the depot in the evening. They might not work saturdays, they don't round here. I get a driver from one firm delivering in the evenings, he's at the end of a 12hr shift, and sometimes he says there's parcels on the van that will have to wait until another day For me parcelforce is the worst, as the driver can't leave the items unattended, so he takes the parcel away with him
  13. Helpful, order an 18" bar, and the packet for an 18" bar turns up, but with a 16" bar inside, someone at the factory in china must be putting the wrong stickers on the boxes
  14. This sign made it in the local paper, atleast the distance was right though eh Mystery surrounds 'psychopath' road sign WWW.INVERNESS-COURIER.CO.UK BEAR Scotland has apologised for any offence caused.
  15. Nevermind 1 hand, what about 0 hands operation
  16. The distance is measured from the location of the sign?
  17. It was a bit before my time, but I thought the romans liked the verges to be clear to keep the bandits away
  18. Depends which part of Bury St Edmunds? Google maps has it about 9.5miles to the abbey?
  19. Must be handy for giving directions to the house *just look for the 2 storey palm tree, and post your letter through the wall"
