    Jokes???

94 year old female monarch. GSOH, own palace. Seeking male for like minded fun. Ask for Liz.
  2. New song from the brother & sister duo:
  3. Och I dunno, it seems a bit of a trip hazzard to me? If you weren't careful, you could kick the bucket?
  4. I always mean to come on here and ask, how did you get on with propane in the end Woodworks?
  5. Does such a thing exist off the shelf? I'm after a tank for diesel to sit on a small machine. Would really have to be steel for strength as it would be exposed. Ideally 10l or 15l capacity. Any ideas?
  6. Bright yellow paint! I got a van load of paint for free when a local organisation was having a clearout. Hundreds and hundreds of litres of all different types of paint, emulsion, oil based, gloss, eggshell, masonary, etc, in loads of different colours. Ended up with about 100l of bright yellow paint that I'm really struggling to find a use for.

    Ray Mears

Does anyone else remember this guy, I always though he was quite good
  8. I was thinking, with the platform, the next mod must surely be a canopy to keep the rain off the operator?
  9. Yep all the times on modern wheel barrows/sack trucks etc I've had a flat tyre..........It's rarely actually a puncture, mainly the wheels/tyres/innertubes falling apart
  10. I put puncture proof (solid foam type) tyres on a couple of barrows. Not as nice to push as pneumatic but better than picking up the barrow and finding a flat. I like the look of the heavy duty trailer tyres!
  11. Have you tried the granberg clip n trim? Granberg clip and trims - Chainsawbars WWW.CHAINSAWBARS.CO.UK Granberg clip and trims
  12. Yes I've had it for about a year and a half
  13. Police issue appeal for information after trees cut down and removed from woodland in the Highlands WWW.INVERNESS-COURIER.CO.UK Police are appealing for information following the reported theft of trees from woodland in the Highlands.
  14. Around here 100% someone would remove that free of charge, maybe even buy you a drink for it. They may or may not tidy up the brash. Different areas have different economies though.
  15. The ones in the grass look like docks. Don't go leaning on your wall, doesn't look too sturdy!
  16. https://www.husqvarna.com/uk/products/battery/#batteryblower The 525iB is sold as "professional" rated, and it can be used with either the normal or the backpack batteries. Probably not much difference between them other than that.
  17. I've got both, a tracked honda power barrow and a muck truck max (wheeled). Obviously, the tracks are better in the woods or really rough ground. But wheels are better on grass/gravel/driveways etc. Faster and less mess. The muck truck has done a serious amount of work. Simple and reliable. It is currently part way through a project shifting about 30t of soil and a 20t load of stone. Ok a bigger 4wd dumper would be quicker for this particular job but the muck truck owes me nothing.
  18. Is mains 240v in your country? How many husky batteries are you running, and what size are they? Is the fridge 12v/240v, or 12v only? Another option might be a caravan type system where you plug the vehicle into mains overnight, with a fixed exterior socket on the vehicle that runs the fridge/charges the 12v and gives you reliable 240v power on board overnight. You might prefer to have a row of slower husky chargers than 1 fast charger, so you don't have to swap the batteries at night?
  19. I think this is how it's designed to attach: https://www.amazon.ca/010-155-Length-Measuring-Attachment-Chain/dp/B07YCQRP6R
  20. I got a Hikoki gasless (battery only) nailer recently, handy bit of kit. Heavier than a paslode, but fires 90mm nails as deep as you want in larch, and doesn't mind the frost, although I think the li-ion batteries get unhappy below 0c
  21. Taking 500w out of a 180amp battery, how long will that last? 1.8 hours then it is fully discharged? So maybe charge one bli300 battery until the inverter cuts out?
  22. I've not got a clue why they want to put a rover on mars?
