ours spend most of its time on its side so access hasn't been a problem I don't think theres a decent size job we have done without putting one on its ribs even managed to roll one front ways which takes a bit of doing

I had a boss like that he asked me for the dimensions of a grab for a 45t digger so I gave him the wrong sizes and he bought a huge grab it cost about 10k it was so big it couldn't open fully in the back of a bulk artic and promptly got the sack I still laugh about it yet

on the honda gx engines or copies I use normal 15w40 and never had one fail well not from engine wear the last one I replaced was flattened by a lorry but that doesn't count

we just completed the build of a kindling machine to use up some of the conifer that gets disposed of it comes off fairly stringy but I think this helps it catch alight conifer is good for it as it catches easy and burns hot and fast and its cheap

they have limited use a gauge is far better for your type of problem

it is according to the diagram but the pressure gets limited to 120bar the 2 speed part is controlled by a solenoid did you get a gauge on it yet until you do its just guesswork ps excuse my poor English I am **** at explains things

the first thing you have got to do is get a gauge on it its total guesswork until you get facts and figures

I've had a look at the diagram and from what you describe it looks like the 3cc section of the pump is bypassing the valve limits it to 120 bar when its activated bringing in both pumps to increase the flow and 170 bar when its not so you definitely need to start by putting a gauge on it

I have had a look at tcp website and there are service manuals on there have a look at them guages are not that expensive any hydraulic supplier should be able to sort you out it looks like minimess fittings for the test points take one with you

have you stuck a pressure gauge on the machine yet do the other functions on it work ok

tdl is my employer and we are the only sany dealer in the uk have a look at sanys website they do a huge range of equipment and are one of the biggest manufacturers in Asia I have had a look at them and they seem pretty well screwed together Malcolm plant and ab2000 in Scotland have started buying them as well they use the same components as most other manufacturers there are some pretty good deals to be had

you can't do this as the pressure across the dpf is monitored by the ecu all the time thats how it knows the restriction is there and its also got a thermo couple in it as well the only way to get around it is reprogram the ecu and get shot of the egr and the dpf or buy a machine from abroad without all that crap fitted
