  1. epoxy metal filler dash of silver paint nobody will tell the difference
  2. the main depot is in Barnsley all the engineers are home based all over the country so it really doesn't matter how far you are away. have a look on their Facebook page for the deal
  3. they will definitely be there at plantworx I fitted a quick hitch on the 3.5 t version last week its a tight squeeze there was very little room to fit the valve had to mount it on the back of the boom so far I have been pretty impressed with their build quality
  4. a timber grab on the back off that would be the ticket
  5. the liebherr final drives are pretty easy to unlock its a shame to see a machine burnt out it makes it worse when its a one off with loads of different hydraulic accessories the hoses going up the back off the cab on the high rise are a pita to replace
  6. did they pull the sun gears out the final drives or did they just drag it thats a fairly heavy machine for a winch what is it about 25t with all the gear. was it a security turf war or just vandals
  7. did you try to adjust the valve clearances before you condemned it this sounds like an easy fix I've had genuine Hondas that have done the same ours blew the guts out the carb a quick adjustment and a new carb and it was fine
  8. to put a hiab on where the steering column goes would need a fair bit of strengthening I would think also if you have the hiab over the bunks when your travelling the swing circuit would need to be free flow in neutral which would then be a pain when you are loading on a camber I think you would be better with an extended front body and mount the hiab on that what lengths are you planning on carrying
  9. I was wondering that as we use the 700s on both our grinders one is 16hp and the other is 28hp just to keep the fleet the same
  10. don't waste your money is my opinion you can get 10000 psi out of a grease gun the only bother I've ever had is packed dirt and it wont clear that
  11. why do you need to replace the pump if its still working
  12. don't show that to the firewood guys they will be crying into their bulk bags when they see that size of timber getting chipped
  13. we done ours with thin wall dx bushes in it and a nylon thrust on the top I would think that anything that was metal to metal without lubrication would last very long
  14. a tap with a hammer was enough to confirm ours was bolloxed it would just randomly fizzle out of power a tap was enough to get us going again
  15. you beat me to it both our vans have had them replaced fairly common part I think they were about 150ish from the main stealer
  16. never used a torque wrench on them always used the guesstimation rule
  17. you can't be trying hard enough I think the record was 3 times in one day we've even had it on its side on an old pit ventilation shaft that the customer never even knew was there:cursing: .we have 2 honda barrows and a camisa the 2 Hondas run Chinese honda clones and the camisa runs a gx390 they are pretty good the only bother you get with them is dirty fuel clogging the main jet
