i am unsure if its a material handler or a demolition rig looks too slow to be used for material handling they use rigs like that on the continent for hammers and shears the last one i seen like that was at liverpool docks breaking up the seawall

I've had similar before and it was a crappy ping pong ignition coil it drove me bonkers is the coil the same as a 41 if it is theres one here for you pm me if its any use to you

be a plumber buy a 12 inch bahco shifter and a good quality medium flat screwdriver and charge £50 per hour career path sorted oh and turn up 6hrs late for each job and charge customer for drinking tea as well

if you are buying any second hand plant if you aint sure about what your buying get somebody with a bit of experience to cast there eye over it before you part with your hard earned dough it could save a fortune for you

we sold our 660 and kept the 395 i would go for the 395 every time

and a crap hire rate

ours has had 2 sets of belts and a few bearings the belts cost about £9 and the bearings are £15 i remachined the shaft to take thick discs on the inner sides of the bearings to stop crap getting in and its never had a set since its using cheap chinese bearings I've tried skf and rhp on grinders and its always been dirt shield failure thats caused their demise

hydraulic is a nightmare and expensive when it goes tits up I've recently just done a clean out on a dumper and so far we are at £32k in parts without labour so for something as punishing as a grinder i would go for belt driven losses are minimal and easy to fix when it goes pete tong

£12 per hour is way too cheap especially if you are offering free collection you should be £20 minimum be very cautious of doing fixed price jobs as this can bite you right on the backside especially on some of the more difficult problematic repairs

mines broke on saturday just at the back of the screw where it goes into the plastic bush pop the band out and have a look at it its about £14 of eblag all you need to change it is a medium flat screwdriver

are the stems gps noted to get there position or do they stick out quite good ,top video way too high for me also do you quite enjoy just standing up the top and watching the tops crash down

if your doing loads of connie bashing and want a compact fuel efficient saw go for the 150 i rate them quite high and doing bigger takedowns we just use a 550

i dont think there is much to pick between any of the excavators now i would personally go for 2-3 yr old to avoid adblue and dpf -
whats wrong with hydraulics they can do everything that you need them to do for this job i would suggest getting somebody who has experience with rams and control systems instead of farting about with guess work sometimes a fresh pair of eyes can do wonders
